The environment contains a Cat Cam for close monitoring while away, 7ft cat tree, an automated litter box, free feeding kibble, filtered water fountain, many interactive toys, a window mounted bird feeder for some live CatTV, as well as some cat grass and lemonbalm plants to nibble on. I hope to make every experience the most enjoyable experience for both you and your furry friend(s)! My apartment features a sizable grassy courtyard for pets who like to spend some time outdoors, trips outside will always be closely monitored.
“Latasha was wonderful! From the beginning she came for a meet and greet and got down on the floor with my Percy! She asked very specific questions about his routine and wanted to ensure he was as comfortable as possible. During her stay she was very interactive with Percy. Took him on outings and walks and made sure he had plenty of play time and attention. On a night of a storm she let Percy sleep in bed with her to help comfort him!! Any concerns she had she messaged me immediately. She was great about sending updates and pictures to make sure I felt he was in good hands which definitely decreased my worries. She asked many thorough questions and took faithful notes about our pups many needed medications, special diet, health conditions and outdoor routines. We could tell how important it was to her that our dogs receive the right amount of attention and the least possible disruption during our absence. Because our dogs are seniors and may react if left alone for too long, she cheerfully arranged her schedule to stay throughout the day and overnight. Colleen also asked about our home, any expected visitors, watering of plants, how we wanted the mail and packages handled, along with any areas the pups were not allowed. She made sure she had our vet's information, along with a nearby neighbor she could call if needed. Colleen also sent many pictures and videos so we could see for ourselves that they were having a good time and in good hands.
