“Jada was great! She took my dog for daily walks, played with him. And also watched my cat at the same time. She sent plenty of pictures and updates while I was out of town. Don’t hesitate to leave your pets in her care!”

“Chantilly is the best. My first time with her I was very nervous about leaving my Maltese who lives as an only “child” and not used to being around other dogs. But Chantilly’s love of all animals creates a gentle spirit in her home and I now feel completely at ease. I will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I couldn't have chosen a better sitter for our baby. Kelly was wonderful. Our plans changed last minute and Kellly was able to accommodate. This was our first time using this service and I couldn't have had a better sitter. I recieved lots of pictures and was updated on my baby's progress. I literally had no worries on how my baby was doing. Kelly even took my baby for a walk. Just awesome overall. I would recommend for sure.”

About: I have worked at a few vet clinics and I have worked in a doggy day care. I have taken care of all types of dogs. I have taken care of pets who need medication or have behavioral complications. I work full time in a Vet clinic but I am available most evenings after 4pm and I am available on Saturday and Sundays as well. I have a fenced in backyard for my dog to run around play, during the summer we love to get the hose out and have some fun. I have plenty of toys and a large crate in case a dog needs it.

About: Dogs are the most awesome pets to have. I love spending every free moment I have with mine Toby and Lance. They bring me happiness whenever I see them. They put me in check with what is important. I would have 20 of these little guys of my own if that would be possible. So instead I decided to become a pet-sitter and enjoy other people's pets. This also gives my dogs play time and social interaction with others. The greatest and most memorable times are the times spent with dogs. These guys deserve the best care and happiness we can provide them. So now Rover.com has provided me the opportunity to share my love for animals. You will not have any worries or doubts your will be in great hands of a responsible and attention to detail pet sitter.. Thanks for checking out my profile. I hope you book me soon for your pets! Mike J.
About: I grew up with a chihuahua from my childhood to my adulthood, so dogs have always been part of my everyday life. I also rescued my own dog 5 years ago and he gets the full VIP treatment like his morning walks, night walks, plenty of potty breaks, well timed meals, and lots of playtime and attention throughout the day. I truly enjoy spending quality time with dogs, keeping them active, happy, and feeling loved. I’ve also helped care for my sister’s pets, including her dogs and two cats, making sure they’re fed, comfortable, and cared for while she’s away. Dogs are honestly my happy place and my daily serotonin, they’re family to me. I treat every pet like my own, and my goal is to make sure both pets and their humans feel happy, relaxed, and confident while they’re in my care. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or extended care. Since I’m home most of the time, I can easily accommodate different routines and time needs, including last minute requests when possible. I’m always happy to work around your dog’s schedule and will do my best to be as reliable and accommodating as possible. I take great pride in caring for my own dog and making sure he’s always clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I keep a clean, cozy home, make sure potty breaks are consistent, and ensure my dog is always warm, safe, and happy indoors. If I ever care for a dog in my home, I’ll treat them with the same love and attention I give my own making sure they feel secure, comfortable, and right at home. I truly care for dogs as if they were my family.
“I’m very pleased with Bridget’s care of our Beagle, Macie. I could tell at our meet & greet that she pays attention to detail, is knowledgeable, and truly kind and attentive to the pets left in her care. Bridget is a very warm & affectionate person that I liked immediately. It felt comfortable to leave our 7 month old Beagle with her. I will definitely be using her again for our next mini trip in September.”

“Debbie watched over our pup for the weekend and we can tell she had a great time! She was well taken care of, loved, and played with. Debbie's dogs got along well with our puppy and she sent many pictures, letting us know that things are going well. 10/10 recommend.”

“Dana did an amazing job with my 3 dogs. I was very nervous about leaving them with anyone, but she sent me updates and photos. When I came back home early she let me pick them up right away. I would recommend her to anyone”

“Wonderful Mom & Son Team. They took good care of our baby boy Marky. He was super happy when we went & picked him up after returning from our trip. Thank You Taz & Deisha for taking time to care for our son aka fur baby Marky.”
“So grateful for Jami! She agreed to help me with my big senior a little last minute. I immediately felt comfortable with her which gave me peace of mind knowing that my boy was in comforting hands. During his stay, and my trip which was abroad and ahead by 7 hours, Jami was attentive and sent me updates thru whats app. I asked her to use the app to communicate as I did not have cell service in the country I was visiting and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate. She sent pictures and updates when I asked which kept me from worrying about him. She even celebrated his birthday which fell while I was gone ☺️ Thanks a ton Jami!”

“Cassidy was so amazing with our dog!! She sent us pictures, updated us along the way, made our girl feel at home and special. Cassidy was on-time, caring and very professional. I can not recommend her enough and will be booking again. As a dog mom, having someone you trust to watch your dog is extremely relieving. Cassidy is your person!!!”

About: I love animals and have adopted several dogs within the past ten years. Some of those dogs were special needs dogs, so I understand dogs that need a little extra care. My schedule is very flexible, because I am currently working from home. I'm available to hang out and play with your dog (or cat) all day. I have a fenced in yard as well as plenty of room inside for your dog to roam. Dogs are always welcome on the furniture. I do have a husky and two cats as well, but plenty of room to separate pets if needed.
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Malayjia! From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease leaving Shiloh and Athena in her care. She sent thoughtful updates and adorable photos throughout their stay, and it was obvious they were happy, relaxed, and being treated like family. Seeing them stretched out sleeping so peacefully told me everything I needed to know—they felt safe, comfortable, and loved. That kind of peace of mind is priceless when you’re away from your pets. Malayjia truly exceeded my expectations. She treated my dogs as if they were her own, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to trust her with them again. If you’re looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and genuinely amazing with animals, I wholeheartedly recommend her. Five stars simply aren’t enough. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my babies! ❤️🐾”

“Callie was amazing with my little dog Emma. I was so worried about leaving her with anyone. She sent me pictures and always responded when I checked in to see how Emma was doing. Emma was happy to see me but not out of control happy like she usually is which tells me she didn’t miss me too much and was in good hands lol ?”

Many sitters in LA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
