About: I have worked at a few vet clinics and I have worked in a doggy day care. I have taken care of all types of dogs. I have taken care of pets who need medication or have behavioral complications. I work full time in a Vet clinic but I am available most evenings after 4pm and I am available on Saturday and Sundays as well. I have a fenced in backyard for my dog to run around play, during the summer we love to get the hose out and have some fun. I have plenty of toys and a large crate in case a dog needs it.

While I was stationed at Fort Polk, many of my fellow Soldiers would go on leave, travel home for the holidays, or be away for training. Since I stayed in Louisiana and did not travel because I purchased my home here, I was often happy to help by caring for their pets. I would feed them, take them on walks, play with them, exercise them, make sure they had fresh water, and give them plenty of attention until their owners returned. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and energy levels, and I understand that every pet has its own personality and routine. I am CPR certified, physically fit, dependable, and treat every animal like family. I have a spacious home where pets have room to relax and feel comfortable, and I will always make sure they receive the care, exercise, and affection they deserve. About: I didn’t have pets growing up but I’ve always wanted them! When I started my own family, me and my husband got our first pet cat named Sebastian and we love and care for him as if he was another one of our kids! We also added a dog named Astro to our growing family a couple of years after getting Sebastian, and he is so sweet and friendly. About: I am active and love to be active with a canine. I moved back to Louisiana from Hawaii in 2021. I have been an active Rover sitter in Honolulu since 2018. I love dogs and enjoy when they visit my home. My sweet Bear passed away last year so opening my home to care for other fur babies is extra special. About: Hi! My name is Kyra Sims. I’m a psychology grad from Nicholls State University. I have had pit bulls and one chihuahua before leaving home for school. I now have a 2 year old lab mix. I am not a certified vet tech or groomer but I’m very energetic and friendly. I am also very independent and take my jobs seriously. I understand the love between a pet and their owner is just as strong as that of family. Every pet deserves the very best and I will strive to be that best. I am out of school for about a month so my schedule is almost completely open until mid January. Normally I’m a part time employee full time student at Nicholls. About: I have worked at a few vet clinics and I have worked in a doggy day care. I have taken care of all types of dogs. I have taken care of pets who need medication or have behavioral complications. I work full time in a Vet clinic but I am available most evenings after 4pm and I am available on Saturday and Sundays as well. I have a fenced in backyard for my dog to run around play, during the summer we love to get the hose out and have some fun. I have plenty of toys and a large crate in case a dog needs it.
