About: I've been volunteering with my local animal shelters for the past 5 years, serving as both a short- and long-term foster parent. This has given me experience managing dogs with a very wide array of behavior and temperament ranging from extremely well-trained to pretty much feral! I love it. Before that, I was the go-to pet and house sitter in my neighborhood as a teenager for dog and cat (and plant) families. I'm currently doing part time work from home on my own schedule, so I am very flexible as to when I can accept clients - weekends, weekdays, overnight all work. Since I am currently renting I cannot look after other people's pets at my own place, but I am open to going most places in the Saint Louis region! Depending on your distance from me and frequency of care, I can either stay at your place or commute each time.

About: I've had my own pets since 1991. I had a rabbit and dog in college and have learned over the decades how to best care for our friends. I've just retired from a busy career, so I know how important it is to find someone to care for your animals when you're away; even if it's just the gym or happy hour after work. I've fostered for several area rescues and know folks have a different idea of appropriate care. I only use fear free methods, because our animals need to know they can trust us. I've had young high energy dogs who need play and long walks and I've cared for my dogs in their last years when they needed additional care or special medical needs including pills, dressings, eye drops and carrying older dogs who aren't as mobile anymore. I would love to get to know your pets and help you give them the best life. I'm currently retired and searching for part time employment. I don't mind early or late night visits since our dogs don't have a 9 to 5 schedule. I do have an active social and volunteering schedule but it's flexible enough to accommodate your needs. I have cared for many dogs who need to be crated or who are door dashers and escape artists. I have a calm energy that helps put pets at ease. I'm a fan of high value treats to make the crate a special place. My personal dogs are crate trained but I know that's not for everyone.

About: I’ve been trained to work with dogs through BarK! I’ve loved and had pets my whole life. I always want to be a voice for the voiceless. Even though that’s a very serious statement, I am extremely protective of animals and love playing with them! While you’re gone or need a helping hand, I hope to make them as happy and comfortable as possible. About: I have two dogs at home and have taken care of them all my life, and I have trained them since they were puppies. I have also walked dogs around the neighborhood and love to play with them. I currently work full time Monday-Thursday, but I am available for boarding or walking on weekdays after 7:30 pm or all day during weekends and Fridays.
