About: I volunteer at the APA animal shelter where I walk and play with all types of dogs. I have also taken care of a wide variety of animals including lizards, fish, kittens (2 weeks old), puppies, and turtles! I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant so I have plenty of time to spend time with your animals and make sure they are well taken care of! I give all pets love and affection with different pets needing different things! For dogs I love to take them for walks and give them lots of belly scratches, and for cats I love to play with them and if they like, pet them!

About: Thats what they always ask. Why aren’t you a better cat? I’ve only own my giant orange Galileo for his 14 years but he has taught me so much more than every other critter I have had the pleasure of meeting. Cats are absolutely the master of their own worlds. Sometimes that’s glued right to your side and sometimes that’s in a far-away cat tree but they are their own beings who make their own decisions. I am very grateful to have had every experience I’ve gotten with every cat I’ve met. Including, a 19yo in her final months, a few kittens just learning how to get around in the world, and the most bonkers critters just having a grand ole time making chaos. Not only will you teach me about your cat but your cat will teach me about how to enter their environment. I promise to learn, listen, and complete any ritual that’s needed before dinner is served.

I could see from the photos she so kindly sent me while I was away, that they became friends right away. Jolene was also very accommodating as I realized a slight change to our schedule would work better for me. She didn't hesitate when I asked her to modify the plan a bit at the last minute. About: I’ve been dealing with animals literally my whole life. I went to a technical school and I worked at a doggy daycare for 4yrs.Dogs are my passion/therapy. Im trying to save up enough to continue my education. I’m currently working as a part time dog groomer Mondays/Fridays, a little busier after holidays . I’m still available to do check ins every 2-4hrs for potty breaks on those days. My home is very spacious, plus I have a dog park within walking distance. About: I’ve had a dog (my Bestfriend) my whole life but she is unable to walk anymore. I want to relive those moments with other dogs while making other families happy and get away from the chaos in and delight of having a dog. I do have a summer job right now but I wanted to fill up my whole week so most my free days would be Sunday and Monday. About: Although I am new to rover, I have always grown up with a dog in my house and have always been the first to offer my friends help with caring for their dogs whether it’s watching them for a week or just taking them for a walk while my friends are busy!
