We were a little worried because we'd not gotten a chance to meet her before we got into town and we were 8 hours away from home but as soon as we met her we knew that she'd take great care of the dogs. She has two smaller dogs of her own that she kept separate from ours while we were there, but by the time we picked Hope and Lou up a few days later everyone was hanging out together. She was quick to update when I checked in on the dogs, but really, I felt comfortable enough that I only texted twice. I would absolutely leave them with her again when I'm back in the area.”

“Wonderful experience! Anthony and his wife Leslie were so welcoming to our dog Daisy. We were thrilled to find such a caring and compassionate couple in a quiet neighborhood for our 9-year-old chihuahua mix pup. Daisy is quite reactive to other dogs and small children, but they were able to provide a safe and comfortable home for her while my family was out of town. Beyond excelling at basic care, Anthony and Leslie showered love and attention on Daisy throughout the week. We appreciated the frequent pictures and videos that Anthony sent throughout the week (avg 4 per day) showing Daisy in such bliss - ready for belly rubs, watching squirrels, resting and relaxing, and going for long walks. We could tell she was being well cared-for and more! We highly recommend Anthony and Leslie as pet sitters and look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you!”

About: I have a lifetime of experience with dogs. I’ve raised my current pup (15.5 years) since he was a tiny little 3 month old. As such, I also have experience with senior care and giving medications. I currently do not work and am home for the majority of the day. Potty breaks and meals can be as often as necessary or as needed. I can literally set my schedule around your pets. I have two fenced in yards for pottying and ample play time. The main home is one floor, stairs are not necessary for seniors. I have one senior dog who enjoys sleeping all day. I also have children to provide extra snuggles and exercise. Even our neighbors enjoy handing out treats (with your permission, of course!)

If you are looking for someone to take care of your pet while you are at work or going out of town, I am more than happy to help! I am a professional Dog Trainer and have many experiences working with multiple other trainers. I’ve worked with a dog daycare/boarding facility for quite awhile and also volunteered at a local animal shelter quite a few times. i also offer additional pet photography and dog training services if you are interested, ask for more details! i’m available everyday of the week including weekends. i keep my calendar updated for days i’m not available either due to current scheduled boardings, or personal reasons. *currently only offering drop in visits in marland heights, i won’t be able to take any requests further away* i keep up with each personal dog’s schedule to make sure they stay very comfortable and fit right in to our household during their stay! this is currently my full time job, so i am dedicated to caring for your pets for the entire duration of their stay with me. i have 2 friendly dogs to keep yours company. I currently do not have a fenced in yard, we just purchased our home this past september and will plan on building a fence once the weather warms up. All client dogs will be taken outside to potty on a lead and directly supervised. i’m home full time and will there with them most of the time.

I currently care for my own dog, Layla, and have also fostered, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments, routines, and energy levels. I’ve potty trained three dogs, including my own, a foster dog, and a puppy I raised for about six months before transitioning him to my parents. That experience gave me a strong understanding of consistency, structure, and reinforcing good habits. I’ve provided both boarding and in-home pet sitting for multiple households, including homes with multiple dogs and homes with both dogs and cats. I work full-time during weekdays, so I’m typically out of the home for about 9 hours during the day. Pets in my care should be comfortable with that schedule, and I make sure they are exercised, settled, and comfortable before I leave, with plenty of attention, walks, and interaction when I return home. On weekends, I’m much more available and hands-on, which allows for extra walks, playtime, enrichment, and cuddle time. Whether I’m boarding, doing daycare, or staying in a client’s home, I aim to maintain each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, behavior, and specific needs so I can provide consistent care and maintain the environment they’re used to. I live in an apartment with multiple grassy areas nearby for walks and bathroom breaks, along with an on-site dog park for additional exercise and enrichment. I tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. I’m experienced with dogs of different temperaments and can reinforce routines such as feeding schedules, crate training, potty habits, and calm household behavior if needed. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I prioritize safety, communication, cleanliness, and creating a calm environment where pets can relax and feel at home.

“I would describe Chef’s stay with Elle as like staying in a Camp doggie … full of activities like off leash hiking In a park morning and/or afternoon , playing frisbee/ball in their big backyard with her family , and if you get lucky like Chef, you get to learn how to swim in the pool and learn how to jump like those agility courses . Chef stayed overnight for 5 nights , and he was treated like family . We are so lucky to have found Elle to watch our dog. And it was so nice that he gets to play with their border collie Eve , as well as other dogs in Elle’s care for the day . It’s really a nice feeling to leave your dog to a family that enjoys taking care of them as well as knowledgeable and very confident in all things doggie ? Oh and while we were away , we got so many updates like pics, videos of every activity that they did . It was fun to watch and very reassuring to see . Thank you very very much !”
