About: Hi! I am 32 years old and I have been a groomer for 14 years. I owned my own grooming salon and sold the business to return back to college. I am Fear Free and AKC SAFE groomer certified which means I know how to handle animals safely and trained in animal behavior. I would love the opportunity to take care of your babies promising you they will be safe and loved! ❤️I also still groom small dogs under 40 lbs. If you are interested in a groom message me (: I attend college online at ECU so I am available any day or time. I do need a few hours a day to spend doing my school work, which won’t affect drop ins or walks, but if I’m house sitting I would do this work from your home (: I understand that every dog is different so I am very flexible on what kind of care you need for your pet. If you want a stroller walk for senior pets or a run for an active dog or if you simply just want me to play fetch in the house. You know what your babies need the best!
About: 40+ years’ experience caring for and loving dogs of all ages. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs and even those in their prime with plenty of energy. I am experienced with administering medicine if needed and caring for those with special needs. My husband and I have always had our own fur babies (toy and standard poodles), but do not have any currently. Can host only NON-SHEDDING BREEDS, due to family allergies. Must be house broken/trained (to potty outside), with the exception of puppies. I am retired, so I’m always here to give extra cuddles, potty breaks, play time and walks. I really love their company! Tell me their routine while at home with you and I will do my best to ensure it stays the same when in my care. We have a large fenced yard with shade in a small and quiet subdivision. Our home is two story so plenty of room for playing and naps. If they do not care stairs, I will ensure stay on the main floor. Our neighborhood is perfect for walks. I have crates if they are crate trained and you prefer that, but that is not necessary unless that is your preference. Being on the furniture or bed in our home is fine with me too. I give extra special attention if they are nervous for any reason such as thunderstorms, loud noises (such as fireworks on a holiday). I am very attentive and adapt to small things such as if they just don't like going out in the rain. I always send daily updates including photos, videos & text throughout their stay.
