About: Over the years, I have owned 11 cats and 4 dogs, not to mention hamsters, guinea pigs and birds. I have always loved animals, and have a gentle approach to care as I think often our pets are scared enough when their owners need to be away. I enjoy trying to ease their fears or stressors, and getting their licks and purrs in return. I am recently retired and generally have a flexible schedule, depending on whether I'm traveling or not. Usually I'm able to work with your schedule. I believe in play and exercise as a way to ease the stress of owners being gone. But of course I listen to my clients and maintain whatever routine they think works for their pet. They know best. With my own dog, we walk twice a day and play occasional games in between (but she is an older chihuahua mix and mostly wants to sit by my side and take naps!). I lost my latest cat last year, but my daughter has a two year old kitty who LOVES to jump, run and play and it's so fun to see what he can get into!

Her communication is excellent. She also sent us pictures and an overview of how things went during each visit. We are looking forward to having Trish care for Betty again.”

I am caring and trustworthy. I have watched friends and family members pets before and looking to help out others! I have mostly open availability over the summer until mid August! I have availability mornings, days, and nights. I'm also available on weekdays and weekends. I have a fenced in yard and a dog that loves to meet new friends! I have extra crates and toys if needed. I can follow your dog's schedule and spend time with them to make them feel comfortable.
