For the past four years, I've worked as a veterinary technician, giving me extensive experience caring for animals and ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and safe. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I was the little kid that visited the neighbors just to see their dogs. I have dog sat on many occasions. I am very detail oriented and love abiding by schedules. I do not mind the size of the dog either. The more dogs you have the better. I will gladly meet the dog(s) beforehand to see if they are comfortable with me. Other pets are also welcome too! The most animals I have watched at one time was three dogs and one cat. I am not opposed to light cleaning for the animals when necessary. Any routines you have for feeding or walking will always be followed. If you have any questions please ask me. About: I worked at a vets office for 4+ years that also had a boarding service so I am well trained and experienced on both old and young, sick and healthy. I love them no matter what and will always try to help! I have 6 cats and a puppy who just turned a year old a few months ago. I love them all and they are all very different. I am very well kept and will clean up after myself and even straighten up around the home if asked. I love organizing! I prefer a written out list and steps of how to care for your prt to make sure all areas are covered!

My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness. It is a rewarding experience to be able to take care of any animal that needs it while their owner is away. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm and summer months off. I am currently a part time Binghamton University graduate student studying for a masters degree in early childhood special education. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away to ease your anxiety. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
