“I’m so thankful to have found Amber on Rover. Her drop-in visits to care for my two calicos when I travel are exactly what I need. She’s kind, thorough and thoughtful—she even brought in our mail! Her reports and photos are informative and give me peace of mind that my cats are cared for. I’m a repeat customer, and I’ll continue to book services with Amber as long as she’s available.”
“Micah was amazing! My Livvy, who is nervous around new people, warmed up to her very fast. Micah was so knowledgeable about dogs who need that extra effort to feel comfortable enough to warm up to you, and she was great.”

“Kate was amazing with our boy! She was communicative and responsive. She was proactive in meeting him and understanding how to get into our apt, which we really appreciated. Kate was also kind enough to give our boy extra love with playtime and treats. Will definitely be reaching out for future services! Thank you so much Kate!”

I have had the chance of taking care of multiple animals! Ranging from dogs, cats, goats, pigs, many kinds of birds, reptiles, amphibians and many more. Ive also taken care of many animals of many ages in life. I am mostly always free! I am a student just earning money and experience to become a future veterinarian. I have a great passion for all things animal related so I hope to have the greatest opportunity to take care of your pets! (Hablo español) I am currently a student just earning money and studying. So I am almost always free! (unless my parents planned something.) If anything comes up I will always let you know! I have a dog of my own that is very friendly! If you'd like to socialize your pet I can help! I don't mind buying things to ensure your pets needs are met. (within reason and budget of course)
“We called upon Vanessa’s care for our fur babies for the second time. This time it was a last minute thing and a shorter time so we asked Vanessa if she can do a home visit. Vanessa came by twice daily. She feed our babies, let them out so they can do their thing as well as allowing them to run around and play. She sent daily pictures and videos which we absolutely love! We came home to happy ..well taken care fur babies and no messes in the house. Once again we are extremely pleased with Vanessa and will most definitely continue to use her♥️”

“Sia was wonderful! Our pup is a little shy at first, and Sia was so patient and warm while Apple warmed up to her. She gave detailed explanation of what they did together, and took many pictures to show our sweet happy pup in her care! I am so glad to have found Sia, and I will definitely be using her again!”

About: I volunteered helping taking care of at least 14 stray dogs at once during University. I love all breeds, and have motivation and energy to take them on walks and play with them as much as required. I believe I am organized, responsible, and friendly, and in case the animal requires medication, I am equally as able to take the proper care it deserves. I am looking for any kind of job, but if I become able to start working with animals it would be more than perfect, since it is almost like a dream job. I am bilingual (Spanish/English) so I would be able to respond to either of the languages for instructions. I will stick to the client's indications and instructions if there is any about taking care of the pet, making sure the safety and comfort of the dog or cat is a priority, and send photos and updates often or as much as the owner requires to do.

About: I have volunteered at animal shelters. I have experience working with “exotic” animals. There was not a moment in my life I did not have a furry or feathered friends. Hi! My name is Dustin, and I’m a dedicated animal lover with a genuine passion for caring for pets like they’re my own. I have hands-on experience with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels, including strong breeds like American Bullies. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, personalities, and needs. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply providing comfort and companionship, I prioritize safety, patience, and positive reinforcement. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I aim to give you peace of mind while you’re away by providing attentive, reliable, and loving care. Your pet’s happiness, comfort, and well-being will always come first with me. I do not board any animals in my home. I know that every animals schedule is different and will follow any special instructions given. I am comfortable taking dogs for walks, car rides (if you are comfortable, of course) and love to play with your fur or feathered babies!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all sizes and ages for 6 years! I’ve assisted with training puppies and rescues and have a passion for all parts of pet care, even the messy things! I’m currently a full time college student studying Pre-Vet which makes my schedule pretty hectic! I have 2-5 classes a day which are typically an hour, but anytime before, after, and in-between, I would love to spend it with our cuddly friends! This gives them the attention they need while also providing me a space to do some studying! Pets deserve as much consistency as possible while missing their loved ones! It’s my goal to tend to their needs whether it be low or high energy. Simple or extensive diets, I can do it!
“Saffire was in the best of hands while we were away. We loved the reports and the pictures, they made us feel better while being away from her. Thank you for everything.”

Watson pet parents share their Rover experiences
I recently had Sia cat sit for my cat, Mylo, and she was fantastic. Sia came to my home each evening, feeding him, letting him enjoy some time on the back porch, and giving him company. From the start, communication was easy and reassuring. She sent quick updates and was punctual every day, which gave me great peace of mind. When I returned, Mylo was relaxed and happy clear signs he’d been well cared for. It’s not easy to find someone who treats your pet like their own, but Sia absolutely did. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, kind, and caring cat sitter.
