About: I’ve been raised around animals and have always adored them. I am 20 years old and have four animals of my own. A dog named Panda, two cats Severus and Luna, and a bearded dragon named Sirius. I truly see animals as family, not just pets. I worked at a dog/cat boarding kennel in high school and have always had animals of my own. I work as a Nanny and am a full time online college student. I have lots of availability during mornings-afternoons for doggie walks, or just pet check ins. I’d love to help take care of your beloved animals 😊❤️ I also have experience with extremely fearful dogs. I’m currently in my Sophomore year of college online. So I have a pretty flexible schedule. I have morning-afternoon availability every day. And I frequently have evening-weekend availability. While staying in your home I will care for your pets like they’re my own. I will take them on multiple daily walks, feed and bathe them if needed. While I’m lucky to have my own Dog I know lots of great doggie parks and dog friendly hiking spots if that’s something you would be comfortable with me doing with your furry companion.
“Thank you, thank you! Because of you I was able to go out of town for a much needed day trip to visit my daughters and an aunt without the worry of having to rush home to take care of Zeus. It’s been a very stressful few weeks. You’ve been great to work with and hope to call on you again.”

About: Hi there! I am a fear free certified Dog Trainer with a passion for animals of all sizes. Growing up, I had the opportunity to live with and care for a variety of animals including livestock, dogs, cats, pocket pets, aquatic animals, and more. In my free time, I cared for dogs and cats residing at the local animal shelters, providing them with loving attention and exercise. I have also fostered dogs and cats of all ages in my home providing them with a safe, loving, and enrichment-filled environment until they find their forever home. Throughout my stay, you can expect to receive daily updates covering their activities and overall well-being. This can include written updates, photos, or short clips of their daily activities. I am skilled at administering medications as needed and can provide specialized care for your pets. I follow your daily routine strictly and provide mental stimulation for both cats and dogs to ensure the smoothest transition until you return. I look forward to meeting you and thank you for your time! I am currently providing pet care and training fulltime so I will be able to provide your pet with my full attention throughout their stay. They will be cared for as if they were my own. I will follow the routine your pet is used to and be sure to provide extra love and attention to help them settle in comfortably.
About: I've had dogs my whole life and currently own 2. After college I was briefly a certified dog trainer. I've owned, cared for, or worked around a large variety of dog breeds and personalities, with their ages ranging from very young to elderly or end of life care. Animals are at the core of my life. As a teen I volunteered several summers at the Oregon Zoo working with many animal species. In college, I volunteered at a wildlife rehab center, and completed an internship with the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia, Africa. I respect individual animals, and meet them where they're at. Regardless of the situation, I try to adapt to their mood while helping to fulfill their needs so they can live their best life. I'm a work from home mom who also spends time talking care of my kids and grandma. Generally my schedule is pretty flexible each day. I truly live by the Golden Rule. I respect other people, their space, and (most importantly) their pets - as if they were my own. Animal always get my love in addition.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends, family, and clients for the last decade. I have experiencing administering medication as my family dog was diabetic, as well as medications for client’s pets as well. As a college student entering summer time, I have a lot of open availability to hang with your best furry friends! Pet care is an easy fit as I have a hybrid job with extremely flexible hours. I am free throughout the week as well as most weekends! I really do love hanging out with animals, so they receive my full attention!! Safety is a huge priority to having fun and spending time with them, so I remain extremely attentive to make sure they get the best safe care they can!

About: Hi, I’m Liz! I know how important it is to find pet care that’s both reliable and affordable. That’s why I offer caring, dependable pet sitting at a price that works for your family! I document everything, even the funny moments 😆. I’m not afraid of dog poop or quirky behaviors. I’ll give your furball all the love and attention they need from walks and playtime to belly rubs and snuggles. Pets bring me so much joy, and I’m here to make sure they’re happy and cared for while you’re away. I’ve worked with both high and low energy dogs, shy and extroverted. I love every moment. If you’re looking for trustworthy care that fits your budget, I’d be honored to help! I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to provide pet care on weekends and any day after 2 PM. I can work with pet owners to find a schedule that fits their needs and ensure their pets receive reliable, attentive care and plenty of love while they are away. My pupper is living with my parents and not with me, so if you have a furball that doesn’t like other animals. It’s all good here 😌👍. I always make sure to give animals space and to not force interaction. Regarding other homes, I follow the moto of: If they don’t even go near to smell you, do not go near them. Wait for that moment to come. 🍀
About: I have owned dogs since my childhood. In my adult life I have owned a few dogs and know how to train and care for dogs. I am self-employed and have been in business since 1999. I have a flexible schedule. My availability can be arrange to accommodate the needs of your pet/pets. My motto is to care for your pet(s) as I would my own. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
