“Kris does a great job with Daisy! She takes extra long walks with her, checks in with updates, and sends pics. We are happy to have found her through Rover. Love the service and ease of use through the app.”

About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

“Michelle is great! She was very communicative and asked a lot of good questions to make sure she was prepared to give my dog the best care. My dog and cat instantly clicked with her. Looking forward to more future bookings. :)”

About: I will love and cherish your fur baby as my own. More scratches and pets than they could hope for. And plenty of roaming time for refreshment 🫶🏼 I am happy to help where and how I can as I understand the parental worry of being away all day. I am currently home for the summer as an adjunct instructor. My daughter continues daycare full-time Monday-Friday, with the exception of random hookie days. But I am always available and very flexible! I don’t disrespect my own home, I would never do it to yours. I am a renter and unable to bring furbabies for play dates but would happily spend the day with your fur baby as well as tidying up or washing a couple dishes.

About: I have taken care of 3 different dogs over the past 10 years. i worked on training them soon after my parents would bring them home and I really put in my time and effort towards my pets. I have multiple crates for your dog if needed, play pen,and an electric fence, and many dog toys. My dog is a two year old cavapoo and he is a certified therapy dog so he is very calm and friendly.

About: I’ve loved dogs as long as i can remember, I’ve been around dogs my whole life, had a Labrador Retriever growing up. I always knew I wanted to do something with animals (mainly dogs.) a family friend told me about Rover & I immediately knew I had to become a sitter. I am very trustworthy and reliable & easy to reach! I currently do not have any pets in my home which makes me a great sitter if your dog isn’t a fan of other dogs/animals! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with your dogs & care for them. I currently only work 3 days a week for 4 hours so I’m VERY flexible! About: I am a fourth-year Animal Science major at the University of Minnesota wanting to pursue vet school. I own a dog, two cats, and one horse personally. I grew up on the same 20 acres that my grandfather's small animal and equine veterinary practice resided so I am well versed in the vet-med functions. My grandma also bred Miniature Aussies when I was a kid so I am very comfortable with puppy-age alongside the energy of herding dogs. I have overnight pet sat for numerous friends and neighbors alongside just check-ins throughout the day. These animals have ranged from cows, horses, goats, chickens, and dogs and cats. I am very comfortable with numerous different personalities as I have watched a friend's boarding kennel for numerous different weekends. I usually go home every weekend so am typically just available Monday-Friday Morning as I am scheduled to work at home alongside wanting to see my own animals. I try to follow their usual routine in their own home which can range from feeding them at their usual time and going outside for walks or potty time. I also allow them to sleep in the bed with me if that is what they are used to. The least abnormal day for them is the goal.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9 years old and have always helped family and friends with their dogs when they went on vacation, overnights, etc. I now have 2 dogs- a 6 yr old Beagle/Dachshund mix and a 2 yr old German Shepherd. I also have 2 kids, ages 11 and 12. I treat my dogs like family, we adore them! Dogs are just better than people! I’m currently working part-time so I would be available according to that schedule. My schedule is pretty flexible and I can work from home at times. We don’t have a fence right now but we will once the snow melts and my husband can put one up. We live in Randolph, MN. I love animals, I’m always talking to mine and loving up on them- lots of cuddles and fun. We do dog puzzles, frozen enrichment bones, play fetch or my Kacey’s favorite, “chase me!”

Callista C.
“Cal is hands-down the best pet sitter—my animals are low-key obsessed with them. My dog gets more adventure time with Cal than with me, and my cat (who usually judges everyone) somehow becomes their clingy shadow. They’re super laid-back but also weirdly responsible—like, they’ll remember my dog’s weird snack ritual or which couch my cat claims as their throne. Plus, they send the funniest photo updates (my pets look happier than when I’m home, tbh). 10/10, would trust Cal with my entire zoo. Fair warning though: your pets might start preferring them over you. (My dog literally whined when Cal left. Rude.)”

Markus R.
“Markus has taken care of both my dog, Ace, and cat, Robin. He is responsible, hardworking and passionate. He is an animal lover and truly cares about what he does!”

Logan S.
“In the years that I have known Logan, Dog-Extraordinaire comes to mind. Logan's knowledge of temperaments, special care needs and overall love for the different dog breeds is not only impressive, but one to admire. Her love for dogs (and most animals really) truly shows whenever she is around them, especially in the way she shows each individual dog the respect and loving kindness one would expect their pet to be treated. Along with her knowledge and care, comes a great understanding of the importance of pet ownership/pet caregiving through professionalism and communication. I would highly recommend Logan for any pet-caregiving situation/job, as she sets the bar high with her expertise and udder love for dogs.”

Stephanie V.

“Happy sleepy pup after his walk!”

Anyka A.
“Anyka has a great enthusiasm about dogs. She grew up with an Australian Shepherd who was her entire world. Ever since she was little she showed a certain love for dogs that I had not seen. She loves taking care of dogs and ensuring the best care possible. Taking care of dogs is definitely her biggest passion and I love seeing her go after this job.”
