Just as you child proof a room for children, Cheyann has made her home "puppy proof". Bosco had plenty of room to roam and play. About: I was a veterinary technician in the U.S. Army for 12 years and 4 years in Minnesota. I have extensive experience with cats and shy/timid to aggressive personalities. I am now a full-time college student doing a career change, but I miss the daily interaction with different cats. I love to talk to them, pet or play with them as appropriate, and help them feel confident and comfortable. I have two kids: a 14-year-old dachshund (blind) and a 19-year-old cat. About: I have had two cats for 12 years which is where my experience has come from. This ranges from litter boxes, play time, vet visits, and working with the animal to ensure they feel safe and cared for. I had two dogs growing up, and know the bare bone basics. I’m always open to learning and I do so quickly. With all the pets I’ve had throughout my life, I know how much of a family member they are. I will do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, and the human feels at ease. My full time gig is 7am-3pm M-F. During the week services will be completed after 3pm. Weekends I have an open schedule and my times are more flexible. I believe pets are family members, and I treat them with love, respect, and care like they are my own. I care about their stress levels, if they trust me, and keeping that trust. It’s fun to watch their personalities show, but also respect their boundaries. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I can provide a kennel at my home and kennel trained my own dog understanding the process for that.

About: I love all dog breeds. Found my passion in fostering for a rescue. Would love to have this as my job full time. We love to walk our dogs I work full time evenings. I have 3 dogs and a cat. About: When it comes to pets, I know they can be our babies and we want the best care for them. I love all size dogs, big ones don't scare me they only seem to have big hearts. I'd love to help out and check on your fur babies while you are away or at work. I am available early in the morning before I go to work to check on pets and feed them and in the early evenings. Weekends I have more time to visit and care for pets. If you have specific crate instructions, I will follow them to ensure your pet is safe and happy. “I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”
About: I have owned a dog for the last 15 years and have taken care of all ages/types of dogs for family and friends! I am home during the week and on weekends. I have a 4 year old yellow lab who is extremely friendly with other dogs and is used to being around them. I have an acre fenced in yard in town with lots of room for the dogs to run around safe. We have the summers off and are very flexible during the week. We are also available most every weekend for weekend stays or week long stays. About: I am a fourth-year Animal Science major at the University of Minnesota wanting to pursue vet school. I own a dog, two cats, and one horse personally. I grew up on the same 20 acres that my grandfather's small animal and equine veterinary practice resided so I am well versed in the vet-med functions. My grandma also bred Miniature Aussies when I was a kid so I am very comfortable with puppy-age alongside the energy of herding dogs. I have overnight pet sat for numerous friends and neighbors alongside just check-ins throughout the day. These animals have ranged from cows, horses, goats, chickens, and dogs and cats. I am very comfortable with numerous different personalities as I have watched a friend's boarding kennel for numerous different weekends. I usually go home every weekend so am typically just available Monday-Friday Morning as I am scheduled to work at home alongside wanting to see my own animals. I try to follow their usual routine in their own home which can range from feeding them at their usual time and going outside for walks or potty time. I also allow them to sleep in the bed with me if that is what they are used to. The least abnormal day for them is the goal.
About: I have two amazing cats currently and grew up with dogs and cats. I have pet sat for my own animals growing up as well as family members. Last year is when I began pet sitting for my neighbor and recently I have done two four day stays with a dog and two cats. I loved spending time with their dog as I can't have one of my own at the apartment that I currently live at. About: I have grown up my whole life around animals. When I was younger, I had smaller animals like hamsters and rats. In high school, my dad did get an English bulldog and he was my best friend! When we first brought him home, I took him to training and I loved every second of it! I would watch him almost every weekend for my parents. My sister also had a dog, her and I worked opposite schedules so I would take care of him during the day. I also took him through training as a puppy. About: I’ve had dogs consistently in my house since I was born. We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. I’ve just returned from school abroad and am back looking for a full-time job but in the meanwhile will be petsitting/walking/etc. whenever is asked of me. “I wished we had more time to talk about how our 2 dogs were for her but they were too excited. This is our first time going out of state for a week and having to put them in a kennel/Rover. That’s why I chose Rover because of the options to get pictures and videos while I was gone. Would definitely go to Stacy again!”

“We were a little nervous leaving our rescue puppy, Bosco, for the first time and for such a long time. We were gone 11 days, and not having left him before, we didn't know what to expect. Cheyann took great care of Bosco! She sent us pictures everyday and he had a great time! It helped that Cheyann also had other dogs at the same time, as this provided plenty of play time. Just as you child proof a room for children, Cheyann has made her home "puppy proof". Bosco had plenty of room to roam and play. We got pictures of him on the couch, looking out the windows, in the backyard, on Cheyann's lap and trying out the cat bed! We will definitely use Cheyann the next time we are out of town.”

During our meet & greet, they were all home and asked many questions to get to know DeeJay, his personality and his routine. “I typically book with a daycare center but due to the amount of time we would be gone, we feared he would suffer from anxiety and loneliness. So we decided to book with a home daycare to ensure he received more personal care. They did an awesome job with Jake. Seemingly, he was treated like their own with lots of cuddle time. They provided daily updates and included cute photos. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times. I would definitely use them again.”
“Alisha took great care of Cooper and Collins over the last week! The dogs got a lot of time at the local dog park and had some down time too (hanging out at home with her sweet dog). They got some extra treats and chews. Alisha sent pics of the dogs throughout the week, and they always looked so happy! It definitely makes a difference when you know your dogs are well taken care of…I think they had just as much fun on their “vacation” as we did on ours! I would rebook with Alisha without reservation for future care needs! She was also located in a great spot for us (could drop them off easily on our way to the cities/up north).”
