13. Fawn W.
About: Hi there! I’m Fawn, a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, I was the go-to pet sitter for my neighbors, where I looked after a variety of pets, giving them plenty of playtime, exercise, and, of course, cuddles! I’ve been lucky enough to share my life with both big and small dogs, including gentle giants like English and Bull Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and Pit Bulls, as well as smaller pals like Beagles and Chihuahuas. I understand that every pet has their own personality, energy level, and routine, and I’m dedicated to tailoring my care to meet each animal’s unique needs. At home, I’m a pet parent to two wonderful cats and a dog, so I know firsthand how important it is to find a reliable, loving caretaker. While I have a full-time job, I offer flexible pet care services, with a focus on house sitting and some drop-in visits or walks depending on location. I would be thrilled to care for your furry friend! Whether they need a brisk walk, a cozy snuggle, or some good playtime, I’m here to make sure they’re happy, healthy, and safe. I can’t wait to meet your pet and give them the attention they deserve! I work full-time, averaging around 40 hours a week, which means I carefully plan my schedule to ensure I have plenty of time to give each pet the attention they deserve. Pet care fits into my routine by allowing me to focus on providing quality care during my free time—whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends. I genuinely love spending time with animals, so whether it’s walks, playtime, or simply companionship, I’m excited to fill my days with extra furry friends. Caring for pets is a great way for me to unwind and do something I’m passionate about outside of my main job. It also helps me earn some additional income while supporting my personal goals. I’m based near Barre, MA, and frequently travel to Brattleboro, VT, which allows me to offer services across a wide area, providing flexible care for pets in both locations. My main focus is keeping your fur baby safe and happy! I will follow any and all instructions you leave for your animal. I’m very communicative and super reliable.

14. Rebecca K.

“Rebecca was great! She was very thorough taking care of my dog Mabel who is a 140 lb English Mastiff. She sent pictures and updates of her visits. I could tell that Mabel was very comfortable with her and was a happy dog. I would highly recommend her for dog sitting, and walking, or any pet care for that matter.”

15. Elizabeth E.

“I would recommend Elizabeth for all your dog watching and walking needs. She was very professional and my dogs were friendly with her. She has a lot of experience with dogs. Cheers, Kevin G”

16. Rosalind L.
About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, Small animals like mice, guine pigs, fish, turtles. All way to farm animals like sheep, goats and even horses I work full time but have interest in see if this could be part time. Have some openings in evening and most weekends. Looking to see where this goes. I do not have fenced in yard but I keep my current dog on tie out or 50ft lead. Very quiet not normally traveled area around house with big yard to play. At clients home depends on environment there. Would prefer no off leash unless securely fenced area.

17. Kelsey D.

18. Kiersten S.

“Kiersten came to my rescue when I needed last minute help with my dog.”

19. Carter M.

“Thank you Carter! It was great to see her picture every day and know she was well taken care of. Thank you for watering our plants, too. We are happy to be back home.”

20. Heather B.
About: Full time dog lover. I have taken many classes with my dog, Apollo (9 y/o spaniel mix), and am experienced with many dog breeds and temperaments. I am excited to give your dog lots of love and exercise, and work on obedience and training! I am highly attuned to dog behavior. I have taken online classes through coursera on dog and animal behavior. More importantly, I adopted 2 high strung dogs in the past (though they are both gone now of old age), and have worked closely with trainers to improve issues with dog aggression and socialization. As long as your dog gets along with my dog enough to be safe together, and as long as there are no concerns about safety for my 3-year old child, I would love to take care of your special pup 🐶! I have plenty of time to play, train, and hike/walk with your pup. I am currently unemployed and looking for part-time jobs. For now, I am available most days and times, and I will keep my schedule updated in a timely fashion. I have 4 acres of backyard next to Mount Grace State Park. 90% of our large yard is fenced, but there are 2 places where a determined dog can find their way out. Until these sections are repaired I will go outside with your dog for potty/play breaks, and I will either be actively engaging them or have them on leash. If they have anything but the best recall, I will likely keep them on leash. I have one dog, who gets along with most dogs and is excited to meet your pup. He is older and doesn’t have much patience for puppies. I have a 3 year old child who is great with dogs of all kinds :)
