About: Hi, I’m Monica! I live in Oak Ridge and absolutely love meeting new pets of all breeds and personalities. I’ve cared for up to six dogs at once and have experience with a variety of breeds including Chows, Boxers, Labradors, Great Danes, and Labradoodles. Whether it’s going on walks, playtime in the yard, or little adventures, I make sure your pet stays happy, active, and loved. I’m also experienced with medication schedules and special care needs—one dog I watched had thyroid issues and needed medication at the same time every day, so I know how important consistency is for their health and comfort. I work from home, which means I’m super flexible and able to give your pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I’d love the opportunity to care for yours! I work from home so I can be super flexible, especially if your dog needs medication at a certain time of the day or week. I care for pets in their home by following their regular routine, giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and love, and keeping their space clean and safe. I make sure they feel comfortable and stress-free while you're away. At this time, I am not offering pet care in my own home.

About: Growing up, I was the kid that would rather hang out with my pets than go hang out with other kids. I spend just about all day every day with animals, and that’s how I prefer it. I currently work in veterinary medicine and have 2 dogs and 2 rabbits of my own. If I am not with my own pups or at work, I am probably volunteering at an animal shelter. I have worked with all types of dogs, and have a soft spot for the knuckleheads, they’re usually just misunderstood in my opinion. I’d love to hang out with your furry friend, if I would like the right fit, I’d love to meet them! My top priority is making sure my pets aren’t just “cared” for, but truly loved and happy. Different pets have different needs & that is okay! There is no one size fits all in pet care. Some dogs are fine being couch potatoes, others want to explore every tree they can find!! Growing up, my family had both a dog and a cat who we cared for well into their senior years—my dog even battled cancer, and we gave her all the love and comfort she needed in her final days. As an adult, I adopted a 15-year-old blind cat who lived happily with me for two years before passing. I’m currently a proud pet mom to a playful 2-year-old Cane Corso that we raised from just 5 weeks old, and a sweet, anxious cat who’s made amazing progress in our home. As a teacher taking time off this school year to focus on my gourmet cookie business and family, I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. I’m available for daytime, evening, and weekend care, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs. About: I’ve taken care of small dogs and big dogs! I’ve had mean cats and sweet ones. I always seem to get along with them. Animals love me I’ve walked them for neighborhood friend! I can do any pet care after school! I’m a barber and would love to fit in this industry somewhere! I would also be able to board on Friday,Saturday ,and Sunday, also Monday in my home. I have about 2 acres and it’s pretty inclosed. They will not be leg outside unsupervised or without a leash. I have a medium size trailer but it’s on its own land!
