About: I’m sure all sitters say this but I genuinely have a seat for being with animals. Sometimes I prefer them over people and treat them like they’re my own. I love all of their personalities and quirks. Anywhere I go I ask to pet someone’s dog and respect what the dog’s body language is telling me. I have a Siberian husky so I have had to learn how to read body language and potential environmental stressors very well. I invest a generous amount of time into learning about dog breeds and am always opening to learning more! Currently, I am staying in an apartment near Camp Randall with plenty of time after 1:00 pm before the semester starts on Sept. 3rd. Following the 3rd, I would edit my schedule on the app. There are no other pets in the apartment so boarding would be available for a few days. Extensive experience with dogs, slightly less with cats but always open to caring! I love giving them constant stimulation and walks. Pets and treats are always given. I treat all dogs like they’re my own. I have an eye on them almost at all times.

I have experience with giving medication (oral or injection). My schedule is soon going to free up even more, however I'm fairly flexible now too. Currently I am quite flexible. “HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”

As a child, I took on dog training experience through my local 4-H group and pursued that for a large portion of my early education career.
