I currently am working part time at a doggy daycare. So I will have plenty of time to make sure your animals are cared for. About: I have been an independent pet sitter for 18 plus years. I have plenty of experience with cats, dogs and other small critters. I have been very passionate in my love of animals for many years and all of my pets mean the world to me. “HIRE CHRIS. I won the lottery with him. It was my first time using Rover. I have a special needs rabbit who needed a caretaker after a rabbit boarding service was no longer available. I messaged several sitters and Chris was the first to respond. He is responsive and communicative. What I absolutely love about Chris, among many things, is that he asks questions. Not in a "what do I do" kind of way. Rather, "how do I do this to make sure it's done correctly". My special needs rabbit is on a specialized diet. I left Chris with instructions, which he followed to a tee, but he also sent a photo of the food. (My rabbit is feed very soft, watered down pellets and Critical Care due to recent dental surgery). I'm happy that he did because my rabbit can't chew on pellets. He sent lots of photos of Moo, too. Chris was also flexible with the initial meet 'n' greet appointment and visiting my landlord's office to pick up my front door key (which has to be loaned out). One of the reasons I chose Chris was his close proximity to my apartment. I will 5000% hire Chris again for my rabbit sitting needs. He took great care of my very special needs rabbit and Moo liked him too! I recommend him for your pet sitting needs, including small mammals!”

About: I grew up in a family that always had dogs, ranging from small dogs (like Chihuahuas) to big dogs (like German Wirehairs). As a child, I took on dog training experience through my local 4-H group and pursued that for a large portion of my early education career. Since then, I have always been a lover of dogs and have taken on many responsibilities, not only for my family dogs, but for my roommate’s dogs as well. Any care and love your dog needs, I would be happy to provide it! I’m available for pet care during the week and on weekends. Whether you need drop-in visits or overnight home stays, I’m happy to help, just please be sure to book in advance so I can plan accordingly! I kindly ask for at least one day’s notice for cancellations. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend! Please note: I do not offer dog care in my own home as I live in an apartment. However, I’m happy to provide in-home care at your residence for both dogs and cats! For dogs, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, including regular walks, outdoor playtime (at a nearby dog park or fenced yard), and bathroom breaks every 30–60 minutes based on their needs. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions you provide to keep your pup happy and comfortable. For cats, I offer attentive and respectful care, feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and affection (if your cat is the cuddly type!). I understand feline behavior and know how to give them the space or snuggles they prefer. Whatever your pet needs, I’m here to help while keeping their routine as stress-free as possible!
