About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

About: I have a true passion for animals and animal care. I believe that they are so special to us and deserve to be treated as such! Since I was a child, I have been surrounded by so many animals- from cats and dogs to exotic pets! I strongly believe in rescue and have even worked with rescues to help get stray cats out of US Steel and other places. I am currently working full time M-F, but hold a flexible and open schedule. About: I had a dog for 15 years that passed away a couple years ago now. I have been taking care of my family and friends dogs/cats for years now! I love playing with all animals and showing them love. I am usually available on weekends and most weekdays during the day and during the evening. I love going on walks and finding new parks to go hiking. I am very attentive and always make sure that the hiking trails are not too dangerous for the dogs. I live in Cranberry Woods, near Wexford.
