“Shana did a great job of dropping in and taking care of Ralphie while we were gone for the day. After meeting her, I never doubted that she was responsible and that Ralphie was in good hands. She sent lots of pictures and filled out a card letting us know what he did while she was there. I would highly recommend her!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care our pets, Bella and Cinder, received! From the start, it was clear that Kristin is incredibly attentive and truly passionate about animals. She made sure both Bella and Cinder were well cared for, keeping to their routines, giving them plenty of affection, and always checking in with updates and photos. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We came home to two very happy, relaxed cats—clearly loved and well looked after. Highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and truly attentive!”

About: I have taken care of my own dogs for as long as I can remember, watched dogs and cats for family friends and neighbors since I was 12, and throughout college cared for my friends pets when they were out of town. I am very used to the responsibility of pet care as I grew up with my own dogs and cats along with horses! I’m currently home for the summer after finishing up undergrad before I start medical school, so I have an immense amount of free time during the weeks! I’m also available select weekends if needed! In my own home, I have one dog who gets along very well with others. She is a golden doodle. My preference would be to care for pets in their own home just because I do have my own pet, and because I feel most pets are more comfortable in their own space.
“Between a high anxiety dog and a stuck-up cat, it's stressful thinking about leaving our pets to someone else's care. Sophia did phenomenally with them and I could tell from the photos she had earned their trust after just one day. We will definitely be booking her again and encourage others to do the same.”

About: I have taken care of many animals since I was a child. I grew up in a home with two Britney spaniels, a husky, a chihuahua and a cairn terrier. I have also owned multiple cats and have no problem with them! I own two dogs, bearded dragon, lots of fish and two kittens! I walk my dog every morning and night! I would love to help out families who need their animals let potty or a quick walk! I work part time so I am looking for extra time to help families take care of their pets! I also go to school at Washburn! I would love to fit into your schedule. My dogs have always had a fenced in yard. I could crate the dogs if needed and walk them for however long it takes them to potty.
“Erika saved me when I was gone on my trip and having anxiety about leaving my cats! She came last minute and gave me peace of mind. All in all a great experience and a person who felt trustworthy.”

“Becca was fabulous with our girl! We booked last minute but she still made time to come over to meet her. She gave us great peace of mind while we were out of town. Definitely recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats and many other animals old and young for most of my life. I have a very high passion for taking care of any animals! As an early graduate I have ample free time, so I will have plenty of time to love and care for your dogs/cats. I love going on walks and just sitting outside. So if your animal loves that I will gladly do that with them. If your animal loves to just chill and relax I love to do that as well. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am also very good with reactive dogs/cats and know what to do in a situation if something were to happen. If your animal needs medication I can provide it with instructions! If your animal needs any special care or has any appointments I can care for them and take them to appointments.
“Presley did a great job sitting for our 3 aging dogs. She has great attention to detail and asked great questions when running through our pets’ routine and instructions. She’s reliable and great about sending visit updates and pictures. Would highly recommend and will definitely be utilizing her services again!”

“Samantha did a great job looking after both of my dogs and cat while I was away for a couple days! Both dogs seemed to love when she came over and played with them, and my shy kitty Luna even eventually trusted her enough to come up to her for pets herself! Samantha was very quick to respond to any messages/questions I would send, and she reallu seemed to like looking after my pets, I can't recommend her enough!”

About: I have loved animals since I was young, taking care of my own, neighbors, or friend's animals has been a common chore in my life. Currently I volunteer at the animal shelter, have two dogs at home, and a cat at my apartment. I love getting to know each animal personality and can't wait to meet more! I have some personal training experience, but nothing professional. Volunteering gives me lots of experience with different temperaments, leash behavior, and yard behavior. It also provided me with animal body language training, and some proper care education. I am currently working parttime, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! My schedule varies so I will also have varying availability. I will not be taking pets into my home right now, but will gladly play in your yard, or take on long walks. I love all the pup snuggles, running around outside, and long enrichment walks.

About: I have been pet sitting for many years and I have lots of pets of my own! I have been working in veterinary medicine since 2019 and I am currently a veterinary student at K-State! I am a veterinary student at K-State so I have class Monday through Friday. While in school I do have breaks throughout the day and I am done before 5 most days, which leaves plenty of time for fetch, snuggles, and walks! I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs of my own who love to play. I also have 3 cats at my home.
About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a child, including waste removal, dog walking, and care giving. I have done in home and drop in care as needed for the last 10 years. I work from home with a flexible schedule, I also have my 10 year old to help exercise and play with pets to give them a full experience while you’re away. I have a fenced in back yard, child, pet friendly home. We are non smokers, we feed our animals high quality pet food, iced water and they are well socialized and cared for.
“This was our second time using Joe and Danielle, and they went above and beyond for Mr. Weatherby, who tends to be shy. I absolutely love that they were concerned enough to ask for suggestions about getting him engaged. We’ve recently moved to the area, and I had no crinkle toys (his fave) so they brought some over! They were able to coax Weatherby out and love on him. I can’t say enough, how amazing Danielle and Joe have been with my kitties.”

Wamego cat parents share their Rover experiences
Hannah was great with our cat! She sent pictures each visit and kept us up on the cat’s overall condition. I appreciate that she wanted to meet in person prior to the pet sitting dates and discuss everything and ask questions. My family felt very comfortable going on our trip for two weeks knowing Hannah was visiting our cat twice per day. We will make sure she’s available to pet sit next time we travel. Thank you Hannah!
