“My Enzo seems to really enjoy his time with Piper. He’s extreme high energy and she’s great at staying calm and sweet with him. I appreciate knowing he’s with someone who loves him and other animals as much as I do.”

“When Georgie sees Ashlee, she looses her mind because she knows walks with Ashlee are amazing. Two days a week we are on the go all day, and have no time to walk her. Ashlee coming in to help us walk those two days, relives so much stress and anxiety for us!!!! You won’t regret booking with Ashlee.”

About: I've always had a dog in the home, I couldn't live without them. Currently I have four dogs and know the importance of getting a bit of extra help in caring for them from time to time. I have been a pet and home sitter since the age of 15. I am willing to walk, feed, medicate, bathe, and play with your fur baby just as I would my own! I am currently a Mental Health Clinician that works remotely. This provides me the flexibility to manage my schedule to fit you and your pet's needs. I have my own transportation and am willing to come to you. I have four small dogs that are well trained and friendly with other fur babies. For pet stays I do try to engage in a meet and greet to ensure everyone gets along prior to a stay. I have my own home with fenced yard in front and back. When pet sitting I like to spend my time home with your pet to help them feel comfortable in my space or yours. We will sit on the couch, play, and relax together allowing you the peace of mind to know that your fur baby is being taken care of while you are away.

About: I have had dogs, cats and exotic pets my whole life. I've volunteered at animal rescues and have always been an animal lover. I have also done medically fostering, so I'm knowledgeable on providing medical care to your pet! :) I am a nurse, so I only work three days a week. My partner only works until noon most days, so someone will always be around for your baby. I have a fenced yard, a wonderful walking neighborhood with lots of parks, a big house, and two animal friendly dogs that are excited to meet your fur baby! The house is also big enough to keep them separate if need be.

“I am grateful for Kay. She is always available when I need her. She is reliable, trustworthy, and a good human. She takes the best care my dog Blondie. I highly recommend booking with her.”

About: I specialize in caring for older animals, but am happy to exercise your younger animals. I am caring and responsible, and would love to take care of your critters! I do require a short meet and greet for each animal client. I base my schedule around animal care while attending college for respiratory therapy. I am willing to do walks only during daylight hours and am a morning person. I work with my clients to tailor my services to best fit each individual situation. Each house sitting includes a 30 minute walk per day. I am willing to take your dogs on long walks, and provide companionship to your animals, and plenty of updates for the anxious owner. I am extremely diligent about following instructions. Your animals will be kept safe, and your home clean. I can be reached most hours of the day and night, and hope to care for your fur babies so you can travel with peace of mind.

About: I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks from a very young age. For the last 11 years I have worked in the pet food industry developing a knowledge and passion for pet health, behavior and nutrition. My current work schedule is Tues-Sat, I am available for walks, potty breaks and feedings before or after my shifts. Sunday and Monday there is more flexibility in my schedule and I can do mid day drop ins or longer distance runs/walks with higher activity level pets. I would love to meet you and your pet to discuss any special needs or requirements for their care. I have a fenced yard and live in walking distance to a public park and school field that can be used before/after school hours. I prefer to work with your pet in the environment which they are most comfortable, your home. I am open to short stays at my home if that is what is best for your situation.

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was a kid, including walking, feeding, playing, bathing, and giving medications when needed. I've looked after puppies, energetic adults, and senior dogs for family, friends, and neighbors. I truly love spending time with animals and treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether your pup needs calm companionship or active playtime, I tailor my care to each dog’s personality and needs. I'm currently in between jobs and have a very open schedule, so I’m available most weekdays and weekends. Once I start my full-time job, I’ll primarily be available on weekends. Whether your pet needs a mid-day walk or overnight care, I’m happy to work with your schedule and provide reliable, consistent care. When caring for pets in your home, I always treat your space with respect and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you're away. I follow your pet’s usual routines, whether that means feeding schedules, walks, crate time, or medications. I take the time to build trust with each animal and keep things calm and consistent so they feel secure in their own environment. You can count on me to provide responsible, loving care and regular updates during my visits.

About: I have over 30 years of caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I also have a 3 year old Boston Terrier mix that is very playful and loving. I love taking dogs for walks and to the park for a good game of fetch. There are plenty of parks and dog parks in my area. I am an Elementary Teacher and have summers off. I will do doggy day care visits and over night stays as well. I can even come to your place to get your dog out for walks and potty breaks and to see if they need any food or water. I am a huge dog lover and enjoy many different breeds. I am completely free during the summer and during the school year, I work from 7:15am to 3:15pm with weekends off. I have plenty of time to give all dogs proper care and have a quiet neighborhood to make sure all dogs get out for walks. I have a large yard, but is not fully fenced. I will make sure your dog gets out for regular potty and play breaks. I use a leash to ensure safety for your pet.

About: Hi there! My name is Chi and I'm a passionate and experienced vet tech with over nine years of experience. I have a deep love for animals and truly enjoy spending time with them—whether it's for an affectionate visit, a fun play session, or just a simple "hello." I'm also trained to handle emergencies, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your furry family members are in the best hands. I'll make sure your pets are well taken care of and showered with love while you're away. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! Please just message me to see if I am free or not I will try to arrange your needs too. Can be really flexible with the schedule! I believe I have some knowledge of dogs and cats. If it’s shy ones I will not force them to come to me but to make sure they are safe. Also I have done quite a lot of CPR on dogs and cats and know how to deal with an emergency situation.

About: Hi there! I'm Jade, a pet care professional with nine years of professional pet care experience and far more than that in personal pet care experience. I've loved animals as long for as long as I've been on this earth, starting with my mom's angel of a dog when I was just a toddler. Cats followed shortly after, one coaxed out from under a neighbor's house and the other picked up from different neighbors. From then, I've had almost every pet imaginable! Mice, rats, multiple species of snake, pigeons, cats, rabbits, and my heart dog, Gremlin, who taught me so much more about animal --especially canine-- behavior than I ever could have imagined. Over the years, my interest in animals evolved into a professional passion, which has manifested in a few different ways but is centered in compassionate, caring, low-stress handling and behavior for the pets under my care. My own dog was reactive due to poor socialization, and over the years that I worked and learned how best to support and help him, I crawled my way to a place where I was able to help others. I took my first dog training/pet sitting client when I was eighteen, who continued to use my services for the next two years before I moved away. We are still in loose contact to this day, and I love getting updates on their pets! In recent years, I have pivoted more toward dog training, but I am slowly moving back to general pet care as well. I have no pets of my own for the first time in two decades, and pet-sitting is both easier to do and fulfills that gap in my own life until I'm ready to welcome new creatures under my home. I'm very familiar with administering oral meds, have experience with senior dogs, and I have a special love for fearful and reactive dogs. My method of interacting with dogs relies on fun, low-stress, kind solutions for behavior difficulties as well as general interaction. I primarily use a clicker, good treats, toys, and lots of praise to tweak little behavior issues. I put an emphasis on mental enrichment and stimulation when watching others' dogs, and have a blast teaching dogs to use new puzzles, play new games, and learn new tricks (with their human's permission, of course!) On walks, I generally do a blend of walks, decompression (sniffing and exploring the world to relieve stress) and basic training. Heavy pullers aren't a problem as I'm very skilled in teaching leash skills, and learning often tires dogs out just as much as long walks. Most recently, I've worked at a puppy training facility in San Francisco, where my duties revolved around giving puppies a good start in life by teaching manners, potty training, crate training, and a fun trick or two. Puppies under my care have an emphasis put on age-appropriate and safe socialization, which is worth its weight in gold later on and helps dogs to grow up feeling confident and secure. Reactive dogs do very well in my care, as I'm well versed in how to stay away from their triggers and make walks as enjoyable as possible for us both. For dogs who are flight risks/escape artists, please provide a martingale/limited slip collar. I strongly prefer a well-fitting harness, martingale/limited slip collar, or flat-buckle collar to choke or pinch collars. I'm happy to abide any and all safety precautions already in place, such as provided barriers to the kitchen for counter surfing, baby gates to prevent eating foreign objects when alone, and crating when home alone. I do not let client dogs off-leash in un-fenced areas, so I have both a 33ft and a 50ft long line which we use for open areas to get out more energy. It's best for any dog making use of long lines with me also have a well-fitted walking harness as well as a collar with current tags. The leash will be attached to both their harness and the collar as a backup, just in case. If you do not own a harness for your pup, I am happy to bring along my own to test for fit. I have most sizes available. Right now I have no other obligations, so your pet will have my full attention! My usual routine starts with waking up around 9am, everyone goes out to potty and then everyone gets breakfast. I wait at least an hour after any food for walkies to minimize the risk of bloat, and then it's out on the street (or in the yard, or a local park!) for 30-60 minutes depending on weather, moods, and individual dog preferences. Walks are for them, not me, so pups get to guide the walk. I will not encourage pulling or unruly leash manners, but they are free to direct where we're going and sniff for as long as they'd like. Then it's home for a while and plenty of snuggles/brushing up on tricks if they know any, and around 5-7pm we take our last walk of the night. These are of course flexible estimates depending on individual pup, but this is a fairly typical day. Bedtime is around 9pm, and pups who are welcome on furniture are more than welcome to sleep on the bed. If they usually go to bed in a crate, this is when I'd crate them. For puppies, there are of course far more walks, potty breaks, training, and lunch for pups under six months old (or anyone who prefers it!) I defer to pet parents for safety procedures. If there are crates available and pup is crate trained, I will generally keep them confined if I am outside the house to ensure they don't get into something they shouldn't. Puppies who are still learning good dog manners are never out of sight; they are either crated, in a playpen (please have a playpen accessible!) or tethered to me with a leash. This prevents them from running off to have accidents or chew up things they shouldn't! I prefer to separate household dogs when I am out of the house for safety, but will defer to owners' wants on this. If there are crates or other confinement spaces available and pets can be separated without distress, I will separate and confine to prevent fights or ingestion of items. Please acclimate cats to spending more time indoors! I strongly prefer not to let housecats outside to roam as there is no way for me to guarantee their safety when unsupervised. If you live on property with barn cats, this is of course negotiable as barn cats are generally feral.

About: I grew up taking care of family dogs, partipated in 4H, have worked in childcare (applicable resume experience for those dogs that seem to act like toddlers), and have worked for a petting zoo. Excited to meet your dog:) I take my senior puppy (Lucky, terrier mix, stinky man) for a short walk every day, and he gets soft food for dinner and mostly takes naps in the sun. I would be excited to take care of a higher energy dog, but I'm patient and gentle with senior puppies. I refill food and water dishes, play with them in a fenced yard (throw a ball, tug-of-war), cuddle if the owner thinks it's safe and good for them, but mostly I plan on taking your dog for a nice walk outside.

About: I am passionate about animals, and I’ve had dogs, cats, bunnies, Guinea pigs, birds and hamsters throughout my life. I have helped shelters and rescued dogs and cats since 16yo, which gave me a lot of experience with different breeds and taught me how to handle animal care in different situations. Currently I volunteer at THS. Animal cause has a special place in my heart ❤️🐾 At this moment I am available full time to watch your pup and we will be best buddy’s! Available daycare from 8 am - 5 pm. We have two sweet cats at home 😻 I have a small non fenced yard but my neighborhood is great for walks. There’s a trail great for walks nearby my house and the dogs usually love walking around there. I can also take your pup for walks at the park if you wish, since the park is just 10 min away.

About: Hi my name is Rachel! I have been around animals since I was a child; I am always looking for ways to incorporate them into my life. I grew up with two dogs and a cat, and currently have two cats of my own. I am available for drop ins and walks at this time. As of December of 2022 I became a new mom to my fast growing baby boy, therefore I am unable to offer house sitting at this time. I cant wait to hear from you and get to know and care for your furry family member! I am currently a stay at home mother to my sweet baby boy. I am very flexible to the timing needs of pet clients throughout the day. I have two cats at home, they are like my children. I care for all of my clients animals in the same way, as if they were my own. I am extremely cautious when entering homes as to not let any one escape! I always triple check collars and leashes ensuring they are being worn properly to avoid any mishaps when outside of the home for walks.

“Sam is fantastic with animals! She's helped watch my pets many times and is super attentive to my animals--both dogs and cats. Sam brings a ton of love and energy to watching animals and it really shows that she has a huge heart for taking care of them. She's taken care of dogs her whole life and I'm really impressed with her ability to read their body language and understand how to best take care of them.”

Kelly Weber W.Star Sitter
“Kelly is very kind and loving with our new puppy, and he can't wait to see her each time I tell him we are going to visit her. In addition she was extra understanding and kind when we lost our 17 year old dog last March. Most recently I have seen her be very kind and good at training her foster dog. When you meet her it is easy to see how much she loves pets and I think your pets will quickly fall in love with her like both of mine did.”
