I contacted Laura immediately and asked her if she could shuttle all of the cats to the vet for testing and she did without complaint. Laura gave out daily meds, made sure everyone was eating/drinking, cleaned litter boxes, and sanitized in order to keep everyone healthy. About: I have experience with Elderly dogs as well as puppies. I have some experience with training and am able to assist with simple commands like sit, stay and heel. I have experience with reactive dogs as I used to have one of my own and am very good at soothing stressed animals and keeping them under control. I am a University student and will be leaving Wilmington on July 10th. However I do regularly return for holidays and will be back in December. I am a very diligent caretaker always keeping an eye on the pet and taking time to determine what they need when they express distress. I am very active and love being in nature so I am happy to take as many walks as might be necessary!

About: I have had pets for over 40 years. My menagerie has included cats, dogs, chickens & pigs! Love all my babies! They live with me from the time they enter my life until the passage of old age. My oldest cat died 1 week of 21 years. I adopted her at 3 months. I have given insulin to one of my cats that was diabetic until she passed d/t the illness. I am currently hospice caring my Pom Bre who is 16 1/2 yrs old. Start & end my days feeding my 4 inside cats, 3 catico cats & 2 dogs. I will be retiring from nursing in July after 41 years of Nursing. Will allow more time devoting to pet sitting & rescue. My babies have free run of the house. I place a pad down in the shower when at work for dogs to use if needed as dogs are 12 & 16 1/2. Dogs are walked every morning & evening, more often on wkends. They get occasional car rides as a treat. They are fed twice a day & Bre gets her thyroid medicine twice a day as well. We play inside with various toys. Cats are treated the same except outside walks. Monthly grooming for dogs & brushing for cats. I also kept Gizzy a dog who's parents had orders to Okinawa & he couldn't go due to age & being quarantined for 6 mths going & coming. He stayed with me for almost 3 yrs.
