“I had a wonderful experience with Karen. She watched my 9 week old puppy and provided me with updates. Karen was also flexible. I had to change my drop-off and pick-up time during one of the days that she watched my puppy; and Karen made it work for me. I's super thankful.”

“Angie has been so accommodating for my puppy, Liv. When my typical sitter cancelled, I was able to drop the dog off within 30-minutes of me initially reaching out. This happened twice and I was so grateful for her promptness and flexibility. She sends lots of pictures of my puppy and he has a wonderful time playing outside. Angie is one of the best providers I have met on Rover!”

“Ok, this may be a repeat since my original review for Taylor has disappeared. Bottomline, Taylor’s care of Barkley was awesome! Taylor sent pictures of Barkley playing with his 2 dogs. We also know that Barkley was well cared for and enjoyed his stay with Taylor and his pack because Barkley readily and excitedly went with Taylor with wagging tail without looking back at us when we dropped him off for day 2…no hesitation or separation anxiety at all!!! We definitely recommend Taylor and would connect with him again.”

“Lindi and Jules have outdone themselves with top notch snuggles and warm welcomes. Communication is great, and we always know what to expect. I love that Jules is such an accommodating dog-hostess too!”

“Kristen- Such a blessing to have found you for my baby girl! Thank you so much! I don’t want to write the beyond-glowing review you so deserve because Kahlua (not me 😇😉) wants to keep you all to herself!”

About: Hello! My name is Kimberly, you can call me Kim. I started this journey of watching owners furry/non-furry babies when I was 12 years old, making flyers for my neighbors to watch their dogs/cats/reptiles. That developed into me fostering dogs/cats for a couple different rescues. One of the adopters needed a pet sitter and trusted me as the foster mom, I accepted. Since then I have learned and grown so much. Along with pet sitting, I have worked at a zoo, kennels, horse barns, shelters, a cat rescue, and a grooming salon. I’ve got a bit of knowledge for many species of animals, ages, breeds, sizes. I won’t say I’ve seen it all but I have seen a lot! My whole life has been animals, you can ask anyone who’s met me, I am the go to family member, friend for watching pets! Now 16 years later I am still at it and love it more than anything! Learning new things everyday. As mentioned above, I take care of all types of animals: dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, small animals, fish, livestock, you name it! I can guarantee I have experience with whatever pet you need help with. If it’s a rare pet I don’t happen to know; I am a fast learner, committed and up to the task! While the safety and well being of your pets is my main concern. I like to pride myself in keeping the house clean, or cleaner than you left it. I keep to myself and my animals(yes I will consider your babies like my own). Making sure the animals are happy and cared for is my main priority. A typical day for me is getting up letting out the dogs, feeding everybody, clean what needs cleaning, then get myself ready. There is always a midday potty break/playtime. Late afternoon/evening time another potty break, dinner and lastly one more potty break before bedtime! My goal is to keep your pets schedule as close to what you do for them. So please don’t hesitate to give me as many details as you want!! Updates/pictures daily, also as requested. Can send videos as well. I try my best to accommodate to you and your pets needs! You shouldn’t have to worry about your family at home while you are away! Let me introduce you to my little zoo! I have two dogs Spencer and Ivy. Both spayed females. Spencer is a 13 year old shepherd mix. Ivy is an 8 year old border collie/aussie mix. One cat named Jazmyn, she’s a 14 year old calico. Two ferrets named Timon and Pumbaa! Both males and about a year old. If you know anything about ferrets one is a sable, the other is a chocolate mitt. Last but certainly not least! MoMo is my Red-Tailed Boa Constrictor, about 4 1/2ft long and he’s around 3 years old. Ferrets and snake are both confined to their areas with no chance of escaping. My experience includes the following: administering medications, senior pets, special needs pets, reactive animals, exotics Pet sitting is my full time job! I have care for my animals while I am away taking care of your pets. For overnights which is my main gig; sleeping overnight so your animals aren’t alone. Doing the morning routine, nightly routine and in between daytime care. It is not a 24/7 care service but I do spend the majority of my time with your animals. Only leaving for other clients animals/errands 1-6 hrs max., in a day. Of course this can change depending on your pets level of needs! For house sitting in your home I like to keep your pets routine as close to normal as possible. Meaning feeding schedules, special treats, walks, backyard playtime, medications, etc.

“Keri and Amy did a wonderful job watching Phineas. They sent us some wonderful pictures of him enjoying his time with them. We would definitely recommend them and we will hope to use them again in the future.”

About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.

About: Hi! I'm Emily and a huge dog lover! I love caring for dogs of all different temperaments and sizes. Pre-Covid, I would travel with families to care for their pets while they attended events including weddings. I've even cared for a pompski that was a ring bearer! I've cared for different types of dogs from protective german shepherds to blind and deaf toy poodles. I love learning what I can provide to each animal and helping them with their unique needs. I have a very active personality and would love to exercise with your dog. My work schedule is flexible, and I very reliable to meet the needs of your family. I'm really looking forward to getting the opportunity to work with you and your pets.

About: I’m an Animal Control Officer in a near by town, have worked as a vet tech and groomer in the past, so I know how important it is to give an animal the love, care, and attention they deserve. I am an active person, so I give my three dogs lots of exercise to ensure they get a great nights sleep! I am trained on double leash, prong, halti. I am CPR trained, I know how to break up dog fights, I am gentle, and knowledgable. Just because they are pets, doesn't mean they aren't family. I am an avid foster parent for cats and dogs with local rescues as well. I have experience with puppies, kittens, diabetic/medication pets, blind and deaf dogs, elder dogs, elder cats, pregnant dogs and cats, and ferals. I have a great deal of flexibility within my job to care for animals whether it be go for a walk, drop in, over nights, etc! I also am able to care for farm animals. I grew up on a farm, and have a little farm myself! My job is very flexible and allows me to make my own schedule leaving me room to care for other animals and help out in anyway I can. I have a great yard in a great neighborhood and will be using my past experience and knowledge to make sure the dog and cats are safe and comfortable.

Emily C.
“Emily is great with dogs! She brings two very important things to her care of other dogs that I really appreciate. First, she is willing and able to reinforce the training that we’ve worked on with our dog to help her be better in a variety of settings. The other is an astronomical amount of love. I think the best dogs get a healthy balance of both of those qualities, so I have to imagine that dog sitters with me that balance must be the best caregivers!”

Emily S.
“Emily is so wonderful! She handled my complicated situation with ease and humor - we have four cats, one of which is diabetic, another of which needs to be pilled once a day, the other two who are scared of everything and just need attention. This was our first time away with the four cats being together after a recent move in and knowing Emily’s background and just the way she was when she came to meet everyone left me very reassured that everything would be great. And i was not disappointed! She was super communicative during her visits, sending pics and updates, and confirming when I would be back to make sure there wouldn’t be a gap in care. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing animal care!!”
