“Mckensi is a great sitter. So good in fact that I’m going to take my pup to her on a regular basis. He loves it there, he’s safe and happy, and it’s nice for him to have a friend to run around with”

About: Hi! My name is Morgan. I genuinely love animals and have a huge heart. I’ve cared for many pets over my lifetime; both my own pets and others’. My own pets have included, labradors, a border collie, a Shepard mix, and 7 cats. I have worked with search dogs as a part of professional search and rescue team in Texas and am aware of positive reinforcement training techniques (treats and toys). When I was a teen I worked at disabled veterans winter sports clinics in Colorado as volunteer, taking care of service dogs while the veterans participated in activities. In addition, I have two bark box subscriptions…for my friends’ dogs. I truly love cats. I love spending time with them, and I understand that each cat is unique and has unique needs. I’ve had 7 cats…all of which had different personalities, likes/dislikes, and levels of comfort with humans and other animals. I can provide your kitty with plenty of love and affection, playtime…or just give them the space they need and provide them with simple care and safety. Whether your kitty is a “one brain cell orange”, a fluffy friendly tuxedo, a sassy “void” black cat…I can love and care for any kitty out there! Thank you for considering me to care for your pet! My prices reflect the level of care your pet receives. I am cautious, kind, and follow all instructions. I will comfort your pet if they need it, play with them (if they want), and I will send you photos and updates throughout the day. I have seen cheaper prices offered here, and it being such a small community, I know some of these pet sitters personally and their level of care is much lower than what I offer. I work full time but am only in the office one day a week so I have a flexible schedule to care for animals in your home, or take your pet for a walk. The security and safety of your pet is of utmost importance to me. When I care for pets in your home I follow your instructions exactly to provide the safe, consistent, loving care for your pet in your home.

“Erica saved this Dogmom who loves her pups more than anything! I had 2 bike races near her home over the weekend. Friday when we did the meet and greet Smudge even settled in quickly on Erica's knee. I needed to drop them of early both days and appreciate how accommodating she was. Day 2 they ran excited to her front door. Smudge and Frankie love to do all that they got to on their adventures I'm seeing in pictures Erica sent. Now that I'm completely exhausted and literally can't move I'm even more grateful my pups are happy to be done for the night at 4. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again next year. Thanks for you Erica !!”

“Nancy was great! She watched Sam after we decided to take an impromptu trip to the coast. She was kind and calm, and my (nervous) Sam seemed to take to her right away. I’d definitely book with her again in the future! Thanks Nancy!!”

“Olivia was great! Coy appears to have had a great time and lots of playtime as he’s exhausted. Olivia communicated well and I highly recommend her.”

About: Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am 25 years old. I work as a medical assistant at the hospital in Newport, OR in the family medicine clinic. I have lived in Toledo, OR for almost 4 years! I am looking to have a side income that also means I get to see cutie pups and cats and watch them while their owners are away. I cannot watch animals in my apartment per my lease agreement therefore everything will need to be outside my home. I wish I could board animals but I will happily, safely, and responsibly keep you animal in their own environment. I currently work full time. I work 4/10s meaning I work Monday - Thursdays 7-5:30 and there is not much time I could leave the office in the afternoon. Therefore if I was needing to be house sitting the animals would need to be okay being alone while I am at work or better yet book me for a Thursday night - Sunday since I don’t work those days and can give extra attention! If I am in someone else’s environment and space I try to remember that although they have welcomed me into their home, it is not my home. I am there for one job which is to watch their loved ones.

“Wendy was an absolute gem. so happy you found her to watch our little guy for about half a day. The communication from her ahead of time was outstanding and really appreciative. The drop-off was easy, and after realizing how friendly Wendy was as well as how clean and nice her living space was, it made me feel even more comfortable leaving our dog with her. She sent photos during her time with our dog which was a nice touch. During pick up, she had our dogs’ bed and toys all packed and ready for us. Our dog looked happy and like he had a great time. Highly recommend Wendy!”

“Buddy had such a great time with Marie. We went to Bend for a couple of days to do some outdoor activities that Buddy couldn’t come on. Marie’s location and availability was perfect for a quick drop off and pick up in between. Buddy couldn’t have been happier with their care. We will definitely look up Marie again when we return.”

“Lukas stayed with Brian twice and on both times he seemed totally fine and comfortable, and so was I... :-) Upon arriving for his second stay Lukas wagged his tail signaling how happy and comfortable he was with Brian, whose calm demeanor and knowledge assures me Lukas is safe with him. ”

“In my whole life, I have never known anyone who cares more about animals than Morgan. I have seen her rescue and take great care of feral cats which became loving house cats under her care. Morgan has an empathetic heart and a very responsible ethic, and I have left town many times knowing that my cats are safe and happy in Morgan‘s care. No one better for the job!”

“What makes Emily a great option for a dog caregiver is her loving and kind personality. I have personally gone with her to babysit, and I have seen the way she cares for the children, as well as the family pets. Emily shows a great deal of attentativeness when it comes to taking care of things, especially those that belong to others. The love she has for animals reflects in the way she takes care of them. She truly is great with pets, and is an all around great person. I would trust her to take care of mine, and that’s saying something!”
