I loved this, and it is great to see how she interacted with my pups. My youngest dog is very shy and skidding with new people, but Lauren was patient and took her time letting Phoebe to get to know her. I was gone for 3 nights, and I had Lauren stay overnight as well as often through the day. She sent me pictures and updates every day, so I felt at ease! About: I’ve taken care of my relatives dogs and cats, while they are on vacation or occupied. I am most familiar with big dogs but I have experience with all types of dogs and cats. I have two dogs in my family, that I love to spend time with and care for. I’m home from my college Grand Valley State University currently, and have some spare time. Since I love dogs and animals in general so much, I would love to work with them while earning some money for school! I have a partially fenced in back yard for one German Shorthair Pointer(Dalton) and a year old golden retriever(Kirby). My family takes them on frequent walks, and feeds them with mostly cooked meals. They have lots of play time, and lots of snuggle time.

About: Ever since I was a teenager, family, friends, and neighbors have relied on my to pet-sit and play with dogs of all sizes and ages. Similar to my approach with cats, I introduce myself with confidence, caution, and respect while paying attention to the dog's body language. I've had the pleasure of meeting many dogs ranging from energetic ones that pull hard when walking, to low-energy dogs that either want light play or may have chronic pain. Whatever the case is, I'm quick to learn how to befriend them! I'm a recent graduate with a Computer Science degree, looking for full-time software work. The job search has been very slow to yield results, so I have very open availability while I search. As long as I'm not already booked on a given day, I'm open on any day of the week and at any time (including evenings). Unfortunately due to the pickiness of my two cats, Charlie and Pim, I'm unable to have any pets brought to my home. Regarding caring for pets at a client's home, I'm open to visits lasting many hours, or making multiple visits in a day. I have plenty of experience with cats and dogs, and can care for other mammals (I have minimal experience with reptiles and birds). As long as I have detailed notes on your pet's routine and special care instructions, I'll work diligently to ensure their daily routine sees minimal disruption while you're gone!

About: Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adult hood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding about all different types of dogs. My experience in pet care comes from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and my current position as a vet tech assistant. I work part time as well as being a student so my availability varies week to week. However, my schedule has never interfered with any past dog sitting obligations. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

About: As far back as I can remember I have always had a fondness for dogs. This love and obsession has pushed me to pursue a career in the canine world, and now I currently manage a dog daycare/hotel franchise as my day job. But even when I’m not there, I am always with a dog. Whether it is my own, a friends, or a family member, I keep the best and the furriest of company! I am familiar with many types of breeds and personally prefer the big and fluffy, or even the more intimidating looking pups. But big or small I love them all and I believe earning a dogs trust is more valuable than gold! I do work full time during the week but I am available anytime after 2:00 Monday through Friday. I have open availability on the weekends If your dog has a set routine I can accommodate their needs however necessary. I also have my own pup that I can bring along to give yours a friend! About: I’ve taken care of my dog Benji (a golden doodle) ever since he was a baby! I’ve always loved dogs but taking care of him and seeing him grow up has been the best experience. I’ve learned how dogs need to be nurtured and how to be more attentive and patient towards them. They just want love! I’m currently staring a new job and my schedule will be Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m - 2:30 p.m with some weekend shifts if needed. I’m free after 2:30 p.m and can definitely work with you depending on my schedule and yours as well! Anything that you need me to do to keep your pet as safe as possible, i will happily do! Making sure your pet is taken care of and safe is my top priority.

She was extremely patient with our 16-year-old chihuahua who has dementia and is having trouble holding it for long. She was in regular communication with us, was thorough, and also took good care of our home. She was so lovely to work with, and even left a sweet card and treats for the pups when we got back. She definitely went above and beyond! We hope to continue working with Nicole in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of my brother’s dog Luna, a boxer, for months at a time and my old roommate had a cat. I’ve had experience feeding, walking, bathing etc. I currently work full-time but my job is hybrid so I can choose whenever I work from home / go into the office. My day to day is very flexible. I live in an apartment that has a dog park and I have many parks nearby. I’d prefer to go to the client’s home but my apartment is clean and safe and pet friendly!
