About: I’ve done a lot of puppy raising and training. I have had 6 labs that I have raised and trained from 6 weeks old on. I also have experience with senior dogs, giving medication and helping them to get around and be comfortable. I would love to watch your new puppy while you are away for the day or longer. I can help with basic training socialization. I am occasionally subbing for special education at a school at the corner of my street. If I happen to get called into sub I am able to come home at lunch only leaving the dogs for a few hours at a time. I have a 5 year old yellow Labrador that is very friendly and gets along very well with other dogs. I have a spacious, fully fenced yard—and a built-in companion! When my husband and I were married for 20 years, we decided every child should have a dog, so when our kids were 17, 14 and 11, we got an American Pit Bull Terrier, "Clarabelle". There’s no better feeling than coming home to a dog that’s so excited to see you that they can’t contain their happiness so they start happy whining or they hold your arm in their mouth instead of their baby (their baby is what I refer to as their favorite toy). I’ve also found that there’s no better cure to anxiety than having a snuggly, purring cat lay on your chest. Pets are considered family members to me, so that’s how I treat them when I care for them. I’ve been pet sitting consistently since I was 15 or 16. I’ve worked with animals of all age ranges, dietary restrictions, and medical needs. I believe it’s important for both parties to feel comfortable with every interaction, so I like to meet with families and their pet(s) prior to caring for them. I also try to provide as much reassurance to the owner that their loved one is in good hands by sending many pictures and videos to update them on the status of their pet. About: I have cared for my grand dogs and friends’ dogs for years. Our whole family will shower your dog with love and attention! We love to send pictures of the dogs having fun or napping on the couch! I am a stay at home, home-schooling mom who has lots of time in our home to care for your dog. We are home most of the time available to give your dog all the attention they need. I have a fenced in yard. My kids love to make friends with dogs that we have watched. We have a large dog crate available if your dog is crate trained. We take their care very seriously and follow owners requests and directions.

I grew up with German Shepherds and Dachshunds, and later had both a French Bulldog and an English Bulldog of my own—so I’m comfortable with everything from high-energy dogs to more laid-back companions. I’m currently an elementary school teacher, which means I have a reliable schedule along with extended holiday breaks and time off throughout the year—perfect for giving your pet the attention and care they deserve. Right now, I don’t have any pets of my own, and I truly miss having animals in my life. Pet sitting allows me to do something I love while helping others feel confident their pets are in caring, capable hands. I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for every pet I care for. I live in a first-floor apartment with a sliding back door that gives easy access to a small yard, so pets can enjoy fresh air and playtime whenever they need. Pets are welcome on my furniture, and I make sure they feel right at home while respecting their comfort and routines. I follow each pet’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise preferences. Whether in my home or at a client’s home, I give pets plenty of attention, play, and affection while keeping a close eye on their safety. I also provide updates with photos and messages, so owners can relax knowing their pets are happy, safe, and loved.
