About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Growing up my family had loving but sassy golden retriever, she was so nurturing and maternal we nicknamed her Nanny Girl. She always groomed and watched over us kids but also our cats lol! I then was blessed to spend 12 wonderfully sweet years with my black lab. He was such a spunky, funny pup and grew into the sweetest, most gentle little old man. I miss him terribly, but I am not quite ready to get another dog. I frequently dog/cat sit for family and friends and I still have boxes of toys left for your pup to play with. I remember the stress and worry of leaving your fur baby behind and in the care of someone else when going on vacation. I can promise you that I will love and spoil your fur baby as if they were my own. I work from home full time so I will be with your dog all day (with the exception of a possible quick errand). I can accommodate any needs that your dog has. If they are high energy I am very familiar with lots of parks, trails and dog parks in the area to run and play and get all that energy out. If they have slowed down a bit I have a comfy couch and lots of blankets to snuggle up with and toys to play at their pace with. I work remotely, so I am able to be with your pet all day. We can go out for walks frequently or if medication needs to be administered throughout the day I am available to do that. I am very clean and am overly cautious when taking pups outside. I always make sure they are on their leash securely and stay alert for things going on around us.

About: My passion for animals is like no other. From my own family dogs to my own at home and now yours. Dogs are family members that deserved to be treated as such. When my friends and family think of me the first thing to come to mind is dog lady. I adore taking care of them and making sure they live their best lives as they are only here for a short time. Please keep in mind, Rover takes a 20% fee from all sitters. While tips are not expected, they are greatly appreciated. Thank you! I work a full time job till 5 pm so I am available in the evening and on weekends! You can message me for more availability. I care for each pet as if they were my own. I look at fur babies like human children who deserve one on one special attention.

About: I've been a dog person my whole life. I love dogs and give mine the loving attention they deserve. You can rest assured your dog will receive the same love, attention, and proper care/treatment. I'm a teacher currently not working in the summer...so I can help out anytime you need it. Once the school year starts, my hours will change, but for now, I'm here to help! I have a big, fenced backyard. I have crates available if needed. You can trust that your dog's safety and positive environment will be my top priority.

About: I’ve grown up with and spent many years living with pets of all kinds! I love animals and have done many overnight sits, walks and feedings for the pets of friends and family. I work part time and have an extremely flexible schedule. I do not have any children and I do have my own vehicle so it’s easy for me to schedule pet care on almost any day. I can feed, water, walk, crate and care for your animals based around whatever your normal day-to-day care system would be. I’m very adaptable and believe in keeping your pet’s normal schedule as much as possible.

“Deena did great with Maya. She showed up on time, was excellent with communication and courteous. She showed Maya lots of love and Maya is tuckered out. We are so grateful for Deena. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her!”

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was kid. My first dog, Bandit, was part-Akita and part- Dalmatian. Then I had Riley, a mixed mutt and rescue, for 14 years. I have dog sat for my neighbors as a kid, and recently dog sat for family and friends, including house sitting so the pups don't have to leave home. I give the best head scratches and can play a mean game of fetch and tug of war (try to beat me doggos). I enjoy going on adventures and exploring the neighborhood and will protect my clients from any pesky squirrels and rabbits. I will also send pictures or videos and an amusing caption to keep you in touch with your fur baby! I work full time as a virtual high school teacher, and have plenty of flexibility during the summer. My Riley has passed recently and spending time with dogs will be nice to do. I have a fenced backyard and a decent size house. I have taken care of dogs with fenced yards and those without. When there's no fence, I keep the pups on a leash. I never let my own dogs go off leash. I will love your fur baby as if they were my own. I will play and walk, and in the event of fireworks or thunderstorms, I will provide cuddles and distract them with my favorite movie- Jurassic Park. It worked for Riley.

“I felt like my dogs were well taken care of when they were with Katy and Luke. They did a wonderful job of communicating with me, meeting the dogs prior to their walk, and showing kindness to us as well. This was a terrific time for me using Rover for the first time.”

About: I have been around dogs since I was born so taking care of them is in my nature! Since before I could drive i’ve been house sitting for family, friends, and my parents friends. I have been around many puppies and senior dogs and have cared for them both. I’ve had experience caring for cats but have never owned one myself. Im currently a full time college student and will be on campus every Monday-Thursday. Mondays and Wednesdays i’m in class from 11-2 pm, Tuesdays from 1-3pm, and Thursdays from 1-6pm. Please feel free to message me! I always care for my clients pet like they are my own! I will send pictures of the pet during my visit and communicate with owner if there are any issues. I will follow all instructions precisely!

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for a variety of breeds — from playful Labradors and Golden doodles to sweet little French Bulldogs. I recently moved out of my family home (where dogs were always part of daily life!) and while my fiancé and I would love a pup of our own, our schedules aren’t quite right for full-time ownership just yet. As a registered nurse, I have several weekdays off and love spending time outdoors. I’d love to help give local dogs some fresh air, exercise, and attention — whether their owners are working long hours or just need an extra hand. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or drop-in care, I treat every dog like family. I’m reliable, attentive, and truly enjoy spending time with animals. Let me know how I can help keep your pet happy, healthy, and loved while you're away! I am currently working part-time and home the rest of the week. I have a very flexible schedule during the day. I spend a lot of time in the new home my fiancé and I just bought. I would love a dog of my own but not fully committed yet. I do not have a fenced yard but watch many of our families dogs with no problem and can leash and have an extended leash outside. I live in a great neighborhood with lots of friendly dogs.

About: I have been living with and caring for dogs and cats my whole life. I have been trusted by family, friends, and neighbors with pet sitting or drop-ins since I was 12 years old. I have also volunteered at local animal shelters to walk dogs, clean litter boxes, help with feeding time, adoption services, meet-and-greets, and social development training. We have also fostered dozens of puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats in our home over the last 10 years. I am a former teacher who now works from home, so I am looking to get some fresh air and have an excuse to stretch my legs each day. I love cats and dogs, so their care and safety are my priorities, whether they are mine or someone else's. Our pets are our fur babies and we need to give them the same unconditional love and devotion that they show to us. I can play, cuddle, walk, feed, and clean up after your fur baby when I come to your home.

“First time using this app. My wife and kids left town for a few days and I needed someone to walk our dog. Looking through all the reviews I decided to pick Austina and she was more then great. We had some opportunities the garage door opener wasn’t working and she could not get in but she was super at communicating and very patient. Pinot got some good walks in and she was for sure a huge a help with answering questions as well. Will for sure using her again! Thank you Austina!”

About: I have cared for pets (dogs, cats, horses - you name it!) since childhood and have grown up with a love for animals that eventually lead me to pursue a degree in conservation and a certification as a canine behavioral specialist. I have worked with a wide range of animals - from wolves and coyotes to domestic dogs. While canines are my passion, I love all animals and have a passion for providing them the very best company and care. My life revolves around my pets and caring for other’s pets. It started as my passion and now it’s become my career. When I’m not caring for other’s companions, I’m often working with my own, finding new ways to engage and spend active, fun time together. With my experience, I’m confident in understanding animals and meeting their needs. Sometimes it takes creative thinking to help a pet settle and have fun in new environments, and that’s one of the things I do best. Being attentive to what animals are communicating and understanding how to meet their needs is my specialty.

About: I’ve taken care of my brother’s dog Luna, a boxer, for months at a time and my old roommate had a cat. I’ve had experience feeding, walking, bathing etc. I currently work full-time but my job is hybrid so I can choose whenever I work from home / go into the office. My day to day is very flexible. I live in an apartment that has a dog park and I have many parks nearby. I’d prefer to go to the client’s home but my apartment is clean and safe and pet friendly!

“Excellent dog walker! Patient and reliable. Goes above and beyond!”

Bonnie S.

“Bonnie watched our very energetic, 6 month old, puppy for 10 days last summer. She took such good care of her, walked her twice a day, played with her in the yard, snuggled - as much as you can with a puppy with those sharp teeth:) and basically was a great dog mom while we were gone. Bonnie is a very happy and kind person which carried over to her care of our puppy. I observed her being gentle but firm when interacting with our puppy as well as my daughter's dog and could see that she genuinely loves animals. Upon our return I could tell our puppy missed all the love and attention she was given. Bonnie spent a lot of time with our puppy and took great care of her. I would highly recommend her to be your dog's caregiver!”

Mariah C.
“I have lived next door to Mariah for 5 + years. I have seen the interaction and love that Mariah has shown for her pet Aspen, as well as the concern and attentiveness both she and her husband show whenever they feel something is not quite normal with my pet by contacting us right away to check if all is well. Mariah would have a houseful of pets if she could!! She has a genuine love for all fur babies, and is kind, genuine, and gentle in her interactions with them. I would absolutely trust her to care for my pets without hesitation.”

Michael L.
“I can’t say enough about Michael and his caring of animals. We call him the dog whisperer. All dogs love him! He is kind and loving with his two dogs and any other dog he comes across. We believe it is hereditary, it certainly runs in our family! Please rest assured your puppy will be in excellent hands!”

Mary S.
“I’ve been friends with Mary for over two years. Every animal we come by she’s automatically the first person to pet them and make baby noises at them. She’s dog sat my own family puppy a couple of times. She’s one of the most responsible people that I know. Anyone would be lucky to have her look after their furry family.”

Deena B.

“Deena did great with Maya. She showed up on time, was excellent with communication and courteous. She showed Maya lots of love and Maya is tuckered out. We are so grateful for Deena. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her!”

Heather K.
“Heather has watched my puppy for me on several occasions now. She is always quick to respond, punctual and caring to my puppy. She treats him like her own dog and he is always happy to see her come! She has stayed with him for several days and it helps knowing he is well taken care of while I am away. A highly responsible pet sitter for certain!”

Rebecca D.
“Rebecca has stayed with our Pitt mix twice. She was reliable, communicative, sent photos and was careful with all of our instructions. Rebecca loves pets and is friendly with humans too!”

Brooke J.

“Excellent communication and showed up on time each day. Extremely professional and personal”

“Anna is a phenomenal dog sitter. I trust her with all of my dogs. They truly are so excited to see her probably more excited to see her than they are to see me. I know that they are well taken care of and happy while I am gone, and I also know that I can trust Anna in my house. I never have to worry about my house being left empty or my dogs being left alone. She is always the first person I call when I need someone to help out with my dogs.”

Kellee O.
“I never worry when Kellee has my dog; she treats her like part of her family. She is the best babysitter ever and my high maintenance Frenchi just loves her to death !”
