There was an incident where Norman didn't really take to being around her bigger dog, I think his age and health issues made him unsure about it, but she was able to take care of the situation to make sure the dogs were kept safe. This was our first time (in 9 years) that I had to take Norman to a sitter, so I was very nervous about leaving him, but she sent me pictures and kept me updated throughout the entire time. She treated Norman like he was part of her family, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend using her for your fur baby.”
