1. Marie H.

“Marie took the time to meet with us the day before we dropped our poodle off. She was very polite and took the time to let us get acquainted with herself, her own dogs, and some of the other dogs in her care. She was very receptive to the tips we gave her regarding his normal routine, how our poodle normally behaves in certain novel situations and what actions bring about positive outcomes. Marie clearly has a good understanding of how to monitor a dog's behavior and how it is interacting with the environment and other dogs. We could see that she has established a good set up for pet sitting; and it incorporates safety and pleasure for the dogs. Marie was more than gracious with her time and we were thankful to have a trustworthy person to leave our poodle with while we attended a wedding.”

“Mary has always been very helpful when asked to take care of the dogs and our cats. She is very dependable, always on time and never leaves behind a mess. We also feel she can be trusted to take care of our home while taking great care of our pets and would not hesitate to have her stay at the house when needed.”

8. Sarah P.

About: I've grown up with fuzzies and cared for them all. Tended and loved bunnies both big and small, pups young and old, cats timid and bold. Regardless of pet, I will treat 'em like gold. Loved on and spoiled they'll be sorry to go, I'll keep them quite cozy and you in the know. Caring for fur-babies requires love, understanding, and flexibility. Each pet comes with her own needs and personality. With four dogs (Diamond, Patrick, Trish, and Dusty) and four cats (Joel, Hibbleton, Joe, and Dom) in my care, I've had a little bit of practice in nourishing each individual purr-sonality. Once we get the schedules sorted, I'll be sure to give your loved one the same consideration and I think we'll get along just fine. That being said, I kindly ask that you be mindful of my time. When I reply to your initial message, I typically wait 4-24 hours for a response. If I don’t hear back within that window, I may archive the request. If you send me a booking request but aren't sure of the exact dates and times, I can hold your request for 4-48 hours while you confirm the details. If the issue is not resolved within that time frame, the request may be archived. Hello, and thank you for meeting me here! If I'm at your house, your fur-baby will be let out every 4-8 hours unless otherwise needed. At least one daily walk is guaranteed (weather permitting) so your little one can catch up on all the neighborhood gossip; if there's a dog park nearby, I'll take him to meet up with his friends. If you'll provide me with your dog's dietary needs, medications, and routines; I'll do my best to make sure that he's feelin' just as fly as he would be if you were there. Now if your pup chooses to stay at my lovely establishment, I do have a questionnaire for all clients to ensure that every aspect of your pup’s care is covered. Among other things, I ask about your pup’s needs, medications, vaccinations, preferences, and routines. After the business part is sorted, I have for your pupper two yards; one for business, one for fun. My house has two floors; the first floor is all his. The rules are pretty chill. Pets are allowed on the furniture, food and water are freely available, tricks are rewarded with treats, and if he's a well-behaved gentle-pup, bedtime is kennel-free. However, if you have different boundaries set for your pet I'll be happy to ensure that your little one minds his manners during his stay. Oh, one more thing: I am the tug-o-war champion, though your dog is welcome to try and take my title.

9. Margaret K.

“She took care of our Buddy and was flexible when our visit to the Hall of Fames took longer than expected.”

10. Carrie Haring K.

“Wonderful family! Definitely knew my pup was in great hands!”

11. Megan M.

“Hattie had a great time with Megan and her dog Zeus! I was very nervous for our first rover day care but she had a great time and came home pretty tired which is amazing for a puppy. Megan made me very comfortable with lots of questions and a doggie meet and great which she was able to arrange for me last minute since we booked day of. Her dog Zeus was wonderful with Hattie who can be a handful but he was patient and playful. I got a great set of photos and an updates she even loved one of Zeus toys that we now know to get for her. It was a really great experience I highly recommend this sitter.”

12. Miranda W.

“Miranda has the biggest heart for Animals and is amazing person in general. It’s great knowing I can leave my Dog with someone who takes care of the pets as if they are her own!! This was the second time using her and I plan on more in the future ❤️”

13. Heather P.

“It was our first time leaving our boy with someone other than family and they made us feel really comfortable. We knew when we left he was in good hands. They sent us pics/videos showing how comfortable he was. Definitely will go back. Thank you!”

14. Darlene D.
“Darlene took such great care of my Emma. She watched her over many years. She’s reliable, friendly, available, and loves dogs so much. Will treat yours like her own.”

15. Jenna B.
“Jenna is thorough and considerate in her care of animals. Because of her experience, she knows what pets need, and she goes the extra mile to treat them well.”

16. Tyler F.

“Okay, so, I never leave my dog with a sitter. Normally, I am the sitter. But life gets hectic, holidays happen, and I needed to drop my fur baby off somewhere safe. She means the whole world to me and I was petrified of leaving her with a stranger but my gut told me she'd be fine. My gut was right! Nibbler seems very content, and Tyler updated me about her regularly while she stayed with him. She and I are happy as clams. I would definitely recommend him to take care of your four-legged friends and family!”

17. Delaina M.

“Lai was so good with my Panda! I can tell she's a good person. He went straight to her and didn't even look back at me like he usually does when I drop him off at other sitters! 🥹 and he also wasn't super anxious when I picked him up. That's when I knew he was in good hands. I will surely book Lai again! 🥰 thank you for taking care of my Panda.”

18. Deborah S.

“We are really happy we found Deborah on Rover to care for our lovable playful girl! Deborah took great care of our Pixie girl, and reassured us with updates and pictures. Pixie had fun playing and slept very well when she came home.”

19. Emily V.
“Emily is a very responsible and caring pet sitter. She has often cared for my dogs and cats while I’m away and she does a great job. She’s always had her own pets, loves animals in general, and has a wonderful way with our furry family members. It’s always amazing to see how positively pets respond to her. They can tell she’s good people. Emily is very trustworthy and reliable and would be a great choice for your pet sitting.”

20. Colleen A.

“We have had Colleen watch our dog, 2 cats, and house while we were out of town a couple times. She was very compassionate towards my animals as they are all special needs/handicap. She would send me pictures of things they were doing (playing, walks, eating, etc) to ease my worries of leaving my fur babies behind which helped me to enjoy my "away from home" experience more. She is very reliable, trustworthy, caring, and responsible. It takes a lot for me to trust my animals with someone else and I get very nervous leaving but I am very happy that I have found Colleen in those times of need! I have given her as a references to many family and friends which they have been happy as well with her services. We will be moving soon and I'm nervous I will not find someone as good as her.”
