Our dog, Ciara, seemed to be having so much fun we were worried she would be disappointed when we returned! Tanya seemed to aware of doing all the "little things" that made the time period tolerable for both Ciara and us. The house was in PERFECT condition when we returned and Tanya made sure the transition went smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Tanya.”

I prefer not to work on the weekends, but if it is needed, I will make it work. In your home, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I take time to learn their habits—feeding schedules, favorite hiding spots, play routines, and any medical needs—so I can provide care that feels familiar and comforting. I make sure litter boxes are clean, water is always fresh, and your pet gets plenty of attention and affection at their own pace. For shy or senior pets, I move slowly and calmly, always respecting their space and personality.

“You know how when you leave your dogs with someone else for the first time, you're never quite sure how it will go? Well, we didn't really feel that way with Lisa. From the first contact to the end of the stay she was friendly and accommodating. She did a great job keeping them in their routine and handling any unforeseen doggie accidents (like throwing up on the kitchen floor!). Our home seemed cleaner than when we left (a miracle) and our Labs were worn out. We could not ask for more. I'd be even more complimentary, but I want to make sure she's available for the next time we need her ;) Seriously, though, Lisa was wonderful!”

About: Hello! I am a freshly graduated Physician Assistant currently working in a fellowship. I have been an animal lover all of my life. My best friend Jeter, the wheaten terrier, lives in Florida with my family. He has anxiety but through hard work, training and lots of love he has made incredible progress! Due to moving for work, I very much need some furry friends in my life. I also have a cat named Neptune and 3 birds named Bibi, Lemon and Baby Bird. Growing up I was always the neighborhood kid to watch all the pets when anyone needed help. I love animals so much that my original medical aspirations were to be a veterinarian. As life turns out, I instead am working with humans and saving their lives instead. Through Rover I want to live out my original dream of working with animals! Also, as proven in my work as a paramedic and Physician Assistant you know that I am someone who values lives, is attentive, trustworthy and can look out for the health and safety of your furry friend! I work 8-6 Monday to Friday. I am completely free on the weekends. I also have time for early morning or later in the day pet care. I do not have pets in Greenville, they are residing with my family in Florida while I am here on my fellowship. I can temporarily home pets here if needed.

She was able to stay at our house & keep them on their regular schedule. One of our dogs takes a lot of medication & the other can be a bit of a handful. When we got home they were both happy & the house was clean. She even left us a dinner to pop in the oven when we got back which was a huge help after an 8 hour drive with 2 kids under 2!
