“Natural animal person! Saved us on short notice. Flexible & understanding!”

About: I've been working with dogs since I was 9 years old. It started at a summer camp located at my local shelter and at home with our own dogs. At 18 I helped foster 2-week-old kittens that were born in our front yard and abandoned by their mom. I have worked with many different dogs and have been house sitting since I was 16 years old with different types of dogs and different care levels, from needing to give elderly dogs medication to hyper puppies who need lots of play time. I fit in Pet care into my daily routine by waking up at a specific time every morning to take care my own dog out for a morning potty break, then it is breakfast time, then an hour after is a morning walk, after I have lunch is a shorter afternoon walk and before dinner is an evening walk, with several potty breaks scattered reasonably every 3 hours to make sure. Sometimes I take my own dog on small hikes or to the dog park to get some more socialization in. Outside of my hobbies and schooling pet care is my life. This does depend on what I am hired for, if I am hired for potty breaks and play time then I do just that, I arrive at the home, let the dog out to go potty, take a walk play with some toys. If I am housesitting, then I follow the schedule the owners have their dogs on as to not disrupt the dog's stability.

“I'm about to ask for Victoria again!”

“Bekka was so helpful by taking on our pet sitting needs when we were under a tight deadline. She came early to take time to get to know the pets and was snuggling with them in no time. We highly recommend her.”

About: Got my first dog af age 10, an English Bulldog named Buster. Around 13 I got my second dog, a poodle mix named Tucker. Been employees to take care of several other breeds by family and friends! I do online school from home and work occasional 3 hour shifts! Will usually always be home with your pets and if not I have backup to take them potty while I’m gone! I have two very friendly dogs that love to play! I also have a private upstairs if your pet likes to be alone. I’m also willing to stay with them in the comfort of their own home!

About: Dogs aren’t just pets—they’re family, and that’s exactly how I’ll treat yours. I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience with both playful puppies and seasoned seniors. As a full-time sitter, your dog will get my full attention with frequent walks, fun adventures, and plenty of love and playtime in my yard. I’ll make sure your pup feels safe, happy, and right at home—because when they’re with me, they’re part of the family. As someone who stays home full-time and only works a few days a week, pet care naturally fits into my daily life. I have plenty of time, flexibility, and energy to give each pet personalized attention—whether that means morning walks, medication schedules, playtime in the yard, or just cozy companionship throughout the day. Your pet won’t be left alone or on a tight schedule—they’ll be part of a calm, loving home where their needs come first. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with respect and maintain your pet’s familiar environment to reduce stress. I stick to their usual schedule, including meals, medications, and playtime, while providing companionship and supervision. Whether at your home or mine, your pet’s well-being and happiness are my top priorities.

About: As someone who has cherished animals my entire life, I know firsthand how much your furriest family member(s) mean to you—and how essential it is to find someone who will care for them with the same love and devotion you do. I also understand the stress that can come with entrusting their care to someone else. That’s why I’m committed to working closely with you to provide tailored care, companionship, and clear communication, ensuring both you and your pet feel safe, happy, and at peace. I bring experience caring for pets of all ages—from playful youngsters to wise seniors—along with expertise in administering medications and supporting animals with special needs. Whether I’m dropping in, house-sitting, taking your pup for a walk or checking in on another fur baby, I’ll treat your little one like family. You can count on me for regular updates and photos, while your pet enjoys playtime, gentle massages, and plenty of cuddles—everything I’d want for my own. Note: I’m no longer able to offer boarding services. One of my own sweet boys is getting up in years—he’s a little more fragile, and a little less patient than he once was, and I worry that boarding a stranger would cause him a lot of unnecessary stress. I work from home — this allows me some flexibility and the ability to customize my breaks and lunch based on the needs of my clients. When caring for pets in the home of my clients, it’s important to remember that the little one that I’m caring for is likely stressed because their mom and/or dad are gone, and there is a stranger (me) in their home. With that in mind, I typically spend more time with them than what is required by Rover because they need the extra time to feel comfortable with me. I take time to try to get to know them and help them feel more at ease. I treat them with the same amount of compassion I want for my own!

6. Amy R.

“Amy is an amazing pet sitter and I would trust her with my babies any time! When she watched my 3 dogs and 2 cats who all have different needs she carefully followed all of my instructions to care for them, asked questions to clarify things where needed, and learned all of their quirks. Each of my dogs responds better to different things: one is food motivated, one is praise motivated, and one is toy motivated and she remembered which was which and interacted with them accordingly. She even figured out how to coax my two anxious, picky eaters to eat their food while I was out of town!! It's evident in everything that she does that she cares so so much about all the fur babies and loves them quite thoroughly.”

“Keyara has been an incredible caregiver for my dog, Luna, and I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for her. From the moment they met, Luna took to her instantly — which says a lot, since she’s usually shy around new people. Keyara quickly learned Luna’s routine, from her favorite walking paths to how she likes her food prepared, and always made sure she felt comfortable, safe, and loved. She sent regular updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry family member!”
