About: I have the most experience with cats but I'm also very confident with other pets. I'm someone who strives to make both the pets and owners comfortable and confident with chosing me. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats all my life I personally have 2 dogs and one cat. Ive lived around animals my whole life and love them all dearly. I am currently a college student and I am in a musical theatre production but I will have plenty of time for your pets in between classes and before and after rehearsals! Heather did a fantastic job and I recommend her highly. She made sure she understood all of our cat's care needs at a meet and greet, and then did everything perfectly. I love that she came at about the same time every time. She didn't rush through the chores, but took a bit of extra time to interact with Kitty and give him lots of extra pats. She also gave a detailed report with lots of photos. She also went out of her way to come back to our home to fix a small non-cat related problem after checking with us about it first. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
