“Tawnia is great! She’s so patient with my pups, esp since one likes to pull and the other has been defensive of our home. But Tawnia does so well with both pups and we love having her for walks!”

“Candace is great to work with. I reached out for dog walking my two rescues. They have some quirks and she manages them well. I’m happy she’s available when I need her. I will use her service again.”

“My dog got two awesome walks today thanks to Robert and Holly. The walks were long and I loved being able to see the map of where they went. Good pics were sent. My dog said hello when I got home and then fell right asleep! I think she had a very good day. I look forward to hiring them for my next outing.”

“Cheri did an amazing job walking Roscoe and Tilly! Always on time, good communication and good walk reports and pictures. I would definitely hire her again.”

“Brooke is lovely!! Luna took to her right away in the meet & greet. She sent great pictures & updates. I will be using her again the future - very glad I found her!”

“Patricia is the best! She is so sweet and caring for our girl, Penny, and is willing to adapt and shift her schedule to help us with all of our last-minute work schedule changes. She is a life saver in helping us care for Penny!”

“Delena is great with Koda and Colson. They had an instant connection. She puts on their leash and is off on their walk. They already know that she is there to take them out. Will continue to work with her.”

About: I've been a pet caretaker for most of my 45 years, but I only put 25 in the years experience because those adult years of my life have been most dedicated to pet care. I am a serial adopter of rescue animals, so I'm well versed in pet conditions that need special care. I don't crate our animals and I love them all unconditionally. If you have a pet that needs special attention or even a modicum of training, I'd be happy to help you take care of them. I'm a military veteran and author working from home. I spend my entire day spoiling my pets (I have both cats and dogs, and they get along well enough). I walk the dogs daily, sometimes more than once. The dogs get brushed regularly and the cats get brushed if they make an appearance or we can catch them. As mentioned earlier, I do not crate our pets. I prefer to let them roam, but I occasionally do block off certain areas of the house to prevent naughty behavior. The pets are always rewarded for good behavior with snacks.

“Avery is so awesome!! Sent photos and updates, which I loved! Being away from my dog is so hard and she made it so much easier on me. Will be using Avery again and again. ❤️”

About: I am an animal-crazy adult Vet Tech student who's been inspired by my 10-year journey with a traumatized, reactive rescue pup who recently passed. I grew up with dogs and cats and rabbits, and adopted a rescued cat while in college who was with me for 13 years, but it was my experience with a traumatized rescue-pup later in life that led me to recently return to school to become a Vet Tech. I initially worked with two private trainers and began studying trauma response in dogs and cats, practicing skills to reduce fear and build trust with special needs pets. I am a registered volunteer with the city and have several repeat/current clients. I make a point of getting to know the personality of each individual in my care, and adapt my energy and/or activities to get as close to their level and needs as possible. I provide care in the comfort of your pet's own home and am available for any activities your pet enjoys. We can walk around your neighborhood, play with enrichment toys, go for a car ride, you name it! I am also happy to just sit with your pet in the same space. My goal is to keep things as close to your pet's normal as possible when they are in my care. When I care for pets in their home and neighborhood, I stay as close to their normal as possible and keep a regular routine they can rely on and trust. I am a guest caretaker in their safe space and always work to respect and honor it as such.

“Kim was so helpful walking my dog while I was at work! She’s sweet and very attentive, my dog loves her. I truly recommend her and will definitely book her again without a doubt.”

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs. Worked at animal humane for a couple of years. I Help my sister with her already established doggy daycare business currently. What's sets me apart from other sitters is I live in an apartment so I can only really watch one dog at a time. Or two dogs from same household. This is perfect for people who have dogs that either don't do well with other dogs, need extra attention, or maybe have medical issues and don't want to risk injury from other dogs knocking them down or what have you. I am also open for walks and possibly house sitting. My schedule is very flexible. I am a self employed glass artist currently. Spend a lot of time at home doing remote work for my art. I make my own schedule. So on the days I watch your pup I can spend a lot of time with it. I understand that people's pets are family. It's the same fore me. I take pet care very seriously. I will care for other people's pets as well as if they were my own. Tending to any required needs. I love spoiling the fur babies.

“I have used Kalantha for over a year to let my dog out while I was working 13+ hour shifts. She has been 100% reliable and trustworthy. I feel totally comfortable letting her in my home and I know my dog enjoys spending time with her.”

“Elliot is absolutely incredible! I have 4 dogs, and they run the gamut: Husky/Belgian Malinois, Great Pyrenees/Lab, Boxer/Pittie, and Frenchie ranging from 13 years to 5 months. Elliot is brilliant with each one of them - able to recognize their needs and accommodate those needs, even as they change day to day. You will not regret hiring Elliot!”

“Katie was absolutely wonderful! She went out of her way to come meet our dog the day before their walk and then was prompt and offered to fill his water and food after their outing. Overall a tremendous experience!!”

“Loves animals and is a great caretaker for your pets. I trust him to watch mine when I'm away. When he was watching my cat while I was away for a couple of months, he noticed him going to the bathroom more than usual. Got him to the vet where he was diagnosed with diabetes. Michael didn't skip a beat. He switched his food per the vets instructions and gave him twice daily insulin shots until I returned. Because of his quick thinking, they caught it early and my cat was in remission within a couple of months.”

Vista Del Mundo dog parents share their Rover experiences
Cristina was great! She was able to fit us in last minute and was flexible. It was supposed to be dog walks while my husband and I were at work but things changed and my husband ended up being home the first day due to severe dental pain and he needed urgent surgery the day after that. The walk time didn’t change but She was understanding and flexible with picking up and dropping our puppy off on the patio, etc. she was polite and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!
