About: As growing up, I had many types of pet bunny’s, dogs, cats, fishes! I loved every single one of them. My favorite moments of my life. I have a soft spot for dachshunds but I’m comfortable with all breads, puppies, and seniors animals! All 3 of my dogs are rescues and they are all very different so I’ve learned that they all their own individualized plan I currently work full time so I am available most weekends for boarding. Sometimes I’m off over the summer so my availability opens up then I have a really big fenced yard and a cozy pet friendly home. I have 3 small dogs who I love very much. My heeler mix is a bit fear aggressive towards new people and large dogs but he is obedient and I am working on socializing him more and I know exactly to manage. With that being said I complexly understand the desire to have someone you can trust to look after and care for your fur baby. I grew up with dogs, cats, and even some birds. I've had pets off and on my whole life. Animals have always had a very close place to my heart and I will treat them as if they are my family. I don't have any breed preferences, I love all dogs, and cats. I would prefer meeting the dog once prior to sitting with them over a weekend. Just to be sure they feel comfortable with me as I know it can sometimes be a little scary for them to be in an unfamiliar place or with a unfamiliar person. I have had rescue pets and can understand that some need more attention and care than others and meeting each other before staying a night with each other can make it easier. Patty was amazing! I reached out to her just over a week before my trip and she was very quick to respond. We scheduled an in-person meet and greet and she was on board to take care of my cat. During the 11 days of my booking, Patty was either always on time or early, sent me tons of pictures of my cat, changed his litter, and made sure the food/water levels weren’t running too low. Very responsive if I had any questions/concerns. I’ve used other cat sitters before but my cat has never warmed up to anyone as easily as he did with Patty. I will be referring Patty to all my friends/family/neighbours/colleagues who need a reliable and dependable cat sitter and will personally only be rebooking with Patty in the future.
