About: Hi I'm new to the area my family and I were recently relocated and stationed in San Diego with the Navy. With that being said I complexly understand the desire to have someone you can trust to look after and care for your fur baby. I grew up with dogs, cats, and even some birds. I've had pets off and on my whole life. Animals have always had a very close place to my heart and I will treat them as if they are my family. I don't have any breed preferences, I love all dogs, and cats. I would prefer meeting the dog once prior to sitting with them over a weekend. Just to be sure they feel comfortable with me as I know it can sometimes be a little scary for them to be in an unfamiliar place or with a unfamiliar person. I have had rescue pets and can understand that some need more attention and care than others and meeting each other before staying a night with each other can make it easier. About: Growing up there was never a moment we didn’t have dogs or cats running around the house. I currently have 3 dogs and 4 cats that I love deeply. I do have some kitten and senior dog experience, our dog Zooza had been with us for 14 years. As she got older she required some small medications, so I do have some experience with smaller medications. I can safely crate your dogs if needed, I will also assure that all doors are closed at all times. If you request walks, I will make sure the dogs are safely harnessed. Patty was amazing! I reached out to her just over a week before my trip and she was very quick to respond. We scheduled an in-person meet and greet and she was on board to take care of my cat. During the 11 days of my booking, Patty was either always on time or early, sent me tons of pictures of my cat, changed his litter, and made sure the food/water levels weren’t running too low. Very responsive if I had any questions/concerns. I’ve used other cat sitters before but my cat has never warmed up to anyone as easily as he did with Patty.
