About: I’ve had rescue dogs since I was a child. I get a lot of joy out of fostering dogs and helping them find their furever home. I also grew up with cats and love a sassy attitude. Looking to soak up some good pet energy this summer! I’m not working this summer, so I’m home all day and ready to entertain your pet. I love taking walks so your dog will get at least two walks per day. I spend a lot of time in the pool, so your pet can enjoy the yard as much as they want. Enrichment toys, watching birds and squirrels, naps in the sun, the occasional pup cup, games of fetch, and zoomies galore. I have a big, fenced in yard. I currently have a sheepadoodle that loves other dogs and people, so he would love to have a playmate to come and take walks and spend time with us. About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have only guinea pigs now, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.
