About: Dogs have been part of my life for more than 30 years, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. Three of my own dogs lived to be 14-15 years old, giving me extensive experience with senior care and age-related health issues. About: My parents and I have had a dogs for the past 12 years. I was the one responsible for taking the dog on walks and letting my dog out to go potty. Recently we had to put our dog molly down because she had cancer which was really sad for me. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
