About: I have been around animals my entire life and currently have three dogs of my own. In addition, I have taken a ten week course on canine psychology which has allowed me to better understand dog behavior and respond in kind. I believe my exposure to animals of multiple breeds and my understanding of all things dog helps me to approach each pet with the appropriate energy and guidance for a positive interaction. I love to run and hike and can keep up with high energy breeds, but love a mellow walk as well! In addition, I have extensive experience with cats, horses, and other animals. I work from home and have decent availability - please let me know how I can help you and your pet! I am a freelance artist and photographer, so my schedule is very flexible. Also, you can count on some great photos of your dog while in my care! :) I have a large yard, a variety of crates, balls, dog beds, toys, and anything your pup might need to feel at home while visiting!

I have experience with all shapes, sizes, and demeanors through Rover. Comfortable with walking on or off leash, and with e collars. You can trust your dog will be in great hands while you are away. I can't wait to meet your best buddy! Availability: I work 8-5 in Jackson Mon- Fri so am available for walks and drop ins in the evenings on either side of the pass. I can do house sitting and boarding (selectively) on the weekends. Watching a dog in their own space allows me to keep them as much in their typical routines as possible, even while you’re gone. Let me know what their routines are, and how comfortable you feel with me bringing them outside of the house and around other dogs.

“Taylor took excellent care of our pup, Tay, and kept me updated during the day with photos. Tay was happy when we picked her up-we could tell Taylor was very kind and loving with her. We highly recommend Taylor and will certainly call on her again when we are in the Jackson Hole area.”

“This was Dollie's first time with a sitter. She's very attached to me so I was a little anxious to see how she would do. Meg and her children met us when we drove up and they all loved Dollie and Dollie reacted happily to them with a wagging tail. We were gone all day and until 10 p.m. which I had discussed beforehand with Meg. She sent me pictures of my happy content dog and even got her to eat which is sometimes a challenge for me. I would definitely choose Meg again to care for Dollie.”

“Liza was incredible! My pup Sora had such a fun time with her and her family while we were out skiing. She was a huge lifesaver, offering to watch Sora quite last minute. I loved getting all the photos of Sora playing in the snow with Liza’s daughter. And, their place is located right in town so it was all super convenient. Thanks Liza, Zizi, and Mike!”

“We appreciated her being able to take our boys last minute. She had a great fenced yard. She communicated with us prior to and throughout the day giving us great peace of mind. She was very kind to us and our boys and was genuinely happy to meet us and help us out. We'll definitely use her again for our pet sitting needs.”

“Maylee, her husband, and Moose were amazing company for my dog Sox! We had a very long day planned (one day in Yellowstone) and Maylee was so accommodating and communicative in regards to our plan, both leading up to the stay and the day of. She was in touch throughout the day sending pictures and regular updates on Sox. He can be reserved at first, and Maylee really took her time in helping him warm up during his stay. Would gladly send Sox back to stay here in a heartbeat!”

“Joe was great with Hank! Hank is a senior dog and moves slowly. He also has separation anxiety. Joe was patient and kind and listened to Hank’s needs and altered his walks and activity to meet Hank’s ability. Hank was a very happy boy and could tell he’d been well cared for. I will definitely utilize Joe again!”

“Okay, Rachel is AMAZING. Im from Denver, CO and drove to Jackson for a half marathon. I brought my puppy, Rowan, with me to have a fun filled memorable experience with him in Jackson but being that half marathons don't allow dogs to run the course, I needed a pet sitter that would be willing to wake up super early to allow me to drop him off. I truly didn't think anyone would be willing to accommodate that request (understandably) but Rachel was up for it! Not only that, she also dropped me off at the spot where buses were taking runners to Teton Village for the start line. Truly too kind! When I arrived back at Rachel's place to pick up Rowan, he was having so much fun playing with her neighbor's dog in the yard that he completely ignored me lol. It was hard to pull him away. Rowan had a blast and Rachel was so kind to send update pictures while I was running my race. If for whatever reason I'm crazy enough to run that race again, I would absolutely hit up Rachel again! Anyone who is looking for a super friendly and very pet friendly pet sitter should consider Rachel. I can't thank you enough for easing my anxiety on race day, Rachel lol. THANK YOU.”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember and absolutely adore them. I grew up with my golden retriever, who was by my side for 18 years, so I know how special the bond with a dog can be. These days, I spend lots of time with my in-laws’ Bernedoodle, Al, who I love babysitting and taking care of. I’m very active and love getting outside for long walks, hikes, and adventures, but I’m equally happy spending time cuddling and keeping a dog company at home. I’m responsible, attentive, and will treat your dog like they’re my own! I’m very active and naturally build walks into my daily routine. I take several walks throughout the day, including a long walk every morning and evening, and would love to have a pup join me! I treat every pet like my own and prioritize their safety, comfort, and individual routine. I’m attentive to their needs, respectful of their home, and will always follow your instructions closely.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Victor
Tracey watched our dogs all day while we went to see Teton National Park. She was so wonderful and they had a great time. She sent us lots of pictures and updates, took our dogs on a few walks, and they played lots of fetch and enjoyed her outdoor space. If we are back in this area and need a dog sitter again, will definitely use Tracey again.

Nikki took great care of Dost during my brief trip to Victor. I was able to spend time on the slopes with the comfort of knowing Dost was in good hands. Excellent communication and regular updates made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely reach out to her again for assistance when I’m back in this area

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in ID ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
