“Robert is truly amazing and the whole package! My young Bull dog Roxy is full of energy and very attached to us. Robert took all of our care requests seriously. Special food needs, sleeping arrangements, play needs, daily check ins and lots of exercise were all provided with care. Robert is a dog whisperer and even provided training that I have been unable to do. His service was a true blessing’”

“Can’t thank Chelsea enough for always being so accommodating and kind. It’s wonderful knowing I can trust someone as kind and loving as Chelsea when it comes to my dog.”

“Brandi was amazing! Our dogs stayed with her for a week and were very well taken care of. She kept us updated with pictures and a check in each day. In every picture, our dogs looked so happy! Brandi handled our dog’s medication and their little quirks with ease. Drop off and pick up were easy. She really went above and beyond!”

“So & John took such great care of our Ginger and Ozzy! This experience alone will have me coming back to them for care in the future. They were accommodating with schedule which as a great, they were patient and welcoming when showing me their home and yard, and responded quickly to my messages/questions. I appreciated how receptive they were to our dog’s individual needs, and we loved receiving photos and videos of our pups throughout their stay!”

“I believe this is Alaska’s 3rd stay with Brittany and I can’t say how well she watches our pup. She keeps her active and snuggles with her. Brittany sends me updates and videos and communicates regularly. She loves dogs and she treats our Alaska as if she was her pup and you can tell — Alaska tends to be super shy around folks and she literally runs in to greet her every time now.”

“This was Henry’s third stay with Ron and Henry was clearly happy to see him when we dropped him off. As always, when we picked him up he seemed happy and was obviously well cared for. Ron has a great, calm demeanor that makes Henry comfortable immediately. So glad to have a sitter we can trust!”
“My pup loved his stay with Amy. She kept in touch daily and sent pictures and updates! She is quick with communicating and easygoing. I plan to book again with Amy in the future!”

“From taking notes at the meet & greet with loads of great questions, to having a really careful approach to introducing her own little dog to the river guests, I felt really confident that Finn would get great care! Definitely will book again.”

“Dee had a WONDERFUL time! Lajetta has a beautiful home environment, and our pup felt comfortable there immediately on our first meeting. Lajetta sent many photos, and plenty of assurance Dee was safe and having a nice time. She even came home smelling better than we dropped her off!”

“Highly recommended — Reliable and attentive! Our dog Luna received excellent care, plenty of exercise, and thoughtful updates throughout the stay. Luna looked happy each and every day we were away. Thanks Melani for your excellent care!”

“Paula is friendly and so knowledgeable. Her dogs were great playmates for my dog, so I got a happy, tired out pup when I came for pick up. Paula was flexible with me on drop off and pick up times due to icy roads - I really appreciated her kind demeanor and quick communication.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
