“My daughter and i went on a toadtrip to CA to visit potential colleges for about 10 days. I contacted a lot of people on Rover somewhat last minute. Faris was the first to respond! And I am so happy and appreciative that I chose him! He is the absolute best! He's so kind and friendly and professional and funny and totally loves my 2 husky brothers. He's making home-made dog food due to my pups sensitive digestion. He walks them daily if not twice a day when its not too hot. He's house sitting as well and stays with my guys most of the time. He sends messages daily with walking pics and others. He often tells me how much he loves my Huskies! I am overjoyed that I found him!! About: In college I was a house and pet sitter. I have had pets since I was in elementary school and am now a senior. I currently have three dogs of my own. I’m emotionally intelligent and good to work with. I work a half day as an Occupational Therapist educator in Wednesdays and as an OT practitioner on Fridays. Hence, why I’ve finally chosen to create an account on Rover🐾! (see my testimonials so far). From a quick check-in to an extended stay, I’m here to provide you a reliable, attentive service creating happy experiences through safe and loving care focused on affection, routines, and stress-free time away.<3 I work part-time at a cafe (usually early mornings) and I’m also a Film student here at UNM🎥. Despite that, I have open availability and all the time in the world for your fluffy friends!☺️ I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly puppies; 2 miniature poodles (Leo and Raphael; boys) and 1 little wiener dog (Splinter; girl). They all follow morning and evening feeding schedules, regular outside time, as well as walks to our local dog park that’s just down the street from where I live!🏞️ When it’s time to settle down, they get put in there kennels at night… along with their many toys (their cuddle buddies). Aside from the occasional treat and many many cuddles, that’s about all that’s needed to keep them happy and healthy. c:

About: Volunteered at a vet clinic & pet sat for friends and family & discovered the joy of comforting pets when they're feeling anxious and home sick. I am pursuing a master's in computer science at UNM, and my schedule can be flexible. I will be home for the most part, but if I ever need to step away it's only for a couple hours. My boyfriend and I work as a team in caring for our dogs, and we do the same for our clients. It's normal for your pet to feel homesick, so we do our best to make them feel like they are at home and give them the quality time and affection they are used to from their loved ones ❤️ Baxter is 9 yo pit mix & Chiqui is an 8 yo Pomeranian/chihuahu. We have a small fenced yard and a kennel that Baxter uses for whenever we have to leave the house to run errands. Our dogs sleep in their beds upstairs in our bedroom, and we set up your pet's bed next to us as well. We typically ask clients to bring their pet's bed or crate/kennel and a blanket or toy they like to cuddle with to remind them of home 🤍 If you could also pack their food, food bowl, and leash for their stay, that would be great! 🐾
