About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs and cats since I was 8. Neighbors, friends, and coworkers have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and entertain their pets. I currently work full time but am available 24/7 on the weekends. During the week, I can walk/feed/play morning and evening around my work schedule. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. I love animals of all kinds and care a lot about giving them the loving attention they deserve. I currently work part time 6 days a week, with Sundays off. I work from home, and regularly have mornings and early afternoons completely available. I have more than enough time for several appointments just about every day of the week. At the moment I do not own any pets, as my landlord does not allow it. I am unable to provide any services that would require my home. But I’ve lived with and cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, with great regularly since I was 12. I know what I’m doing when it comes to our furry companions. I’d love to provide walks, visits, and any other services I can.

About: My name is Julia! I’m new to Rover but not new to dog sitting! I have a dog named Dixie. Dixie is a Miniature Australian Shepherd and loves to play! We love to do everything together including car rides, going to the park, stores, walks, games, and enrichment activities! I have raised dogs my whole life but now I have Dixie. I am a huge worrier about leaving my dog with someone so I understand how important it is to have a safe place for your dog while you work or have vacations and that’s what I’m here for! I think it’s important to give dogs their best life possible 🤍 All dogs must be up-to-date on their flea and heartworm medicine. For Daycare: I currently work full time. I am off on Tuesdays so I can take some bookings on Tuesdays. I am pretty open on the weekends. When I go out, I bring Dixie everywhere with me, so I can bring yours too! For Boarding: I can take dogs for boarding, however on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays your dog would have to be crated for about 3-4 hours in the afternoon since no one will be home. Saturday and Sunday boarding I would be home all day! I have a fenced yard with certain areas blocked off that Dixie or other dogs should not go into. My gate is locked. I walk Dixie once or twice a day and play outside with her. I hangout inside when it’s hot out and play inside the house! I always make sure there is water and of course plenty of treats available!

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, giving me firsthand experience with their unique personalities, needs, and proper care. More recently, I was a member on another pet sitting website when I was a student at a university in Paris,France, where I had experience taking care of dogs and cats in my own apartment for a few different families for a period of time. The best part about watching pets is the pleasure I get from being able to give them love while their owners were away. I’ll be home in New Mexico for a few months before I return to Paris so my availability is completely open. I can watch pets any day and any hour. I’ll closely follow a pets routine, providing fresh water, food as instructed, exercise/playtime, medication if needed, a safe environment, and of course lots of love and affection.

About: I have had pets ever since I was 3 years old, I am now 20 and have lots of experience with taking care of them. I have also trained my dogs with the basics like, potty training, any tricks, simple house training etc. I am very experienced to take wonderful care of your fur babies and their needs. With my own pets I take care of them morning to night. I am home most of the time so I do spend time with them a lot but when I do leave my house I make sure they went outside before leaving and have plenty of water and food while I am gone. I always walk the dogs, follow any instructions that's given to me for the dogs care, eating habits, wash days, times to go out, and everyday I play with my own dogs keeping them active running around the yard and having plenty of toys. I also tidy up the house, sometimes with our fur babies the house can be a mess with toys all over and them shedding all the time so I can to provide that for you.

I am self employed and pet care is one of the ways I earn my living. I also work remotely for some of my clients and use the wi-fi to get tasks done. I have been house/pet sitting for decades. I treat your home as if I was a welcome guest, but not a part of the household. Over the years, I’ve had jobs where I was bonded for security, which means I have a clean record. I’ve been entrusted with confidential & proprietary information. I’ve adhered to HIPAA rules without breaking a sweat. I am trustworthy and friendly. I have a silly sense of humor and have skewed streaming algorithms with binging scifi. I’ve lived in the extremes of rural to urban environments. I can greet & thank people in ten languages. My idea of a party is a bowl of ice cream and a movie (sci-fi, British drama). Before we book anything, I’d like to stop by the house and give the critter(s) a chance to get a good look/smell of me and you can give me the lay of the land. Housesitting: I’m being hired to keep the critter(s) company, and that’s what I do. Nana comes to visit and keeping the house safe and the animal(s) safe and happy is my primary duty. My habit is to bring my own supplies, so when you get home, everything is how you left it. I have a ukulele and I sing familiar covers, so I’ll mention it now in case the neighbors mention something about it. (I have yet to have a dog howl as I sang, though the huskies were very talkative.) Drop-In: Depending on our discussion during the Meet & Greet, I will swing by your house according to the schedule we’ve set up. I will make sure the water is fresh and the food bowl has plenty of food. (My job is to make sure the animal(s) know they are being cared for and that they don’t have to stress about whether or not they will starve to death - I’m thinking of cats especially here who see the bottom of the food bowl and start to panic. Not on my watch!) Walk: I’ll be at your house at the time(s) we’ve discussed, put on the collar and leash, and set out on the adventure. My habit is to sing as I walk so that any other critter has a chance to get out of sight - a lesson learned by startling a skunk. It is important that I know if the neighborhood is friendly or if folks keep to themselves. Do(es) the dog(s) visit friends on the trail? or should I keep them on their own?
