She went above and beyond with our dog: videos, photos, long walks, feeding him special food since he wasn’t feeling his best, and just taking really good care of him. What stood out to me was how much time she genuinely spent with our dog. You can tell when someone’s just going through the motions, but not Lenore. She was present, communicative, and you could feel that she really cared. Her own dog—a 2-year-old lab-shepherd mix—played so well with ours. They got along like old pals, which was a huge relief during their time together. I’d trust Lenore again in a heartbeat.”

She got plenty of exercise, which I deeply appreciate because it helped her stay in her routine. They even went above and beyond by being super accommodating when I needed an extra day of care. To top it off, Rachel made homemade treats for Willow AND I to take home. 🥹 I truly have nothing but raving things to say and absolutely plan to book with them again.
