“I could not have been more pleased with the care my fur baby, Toby, received from Tobi. First, we had a meet and greet where Toby was introduced to the resident dogs. They were as welcoming as Tobi and her husband! On the day I dropped Toby off for his stay, he went right in without any nervousness, not even looking back at me. Tobi sent me updates with photos almost daily, and I could see Toby was blending right into the family (he slept on the bed with everyone at night.) About: I moved from Mi to Wa in 2015 and decided in 2018 to be a dog walker. That was in King county and after moving to a house in 2021, dog boarding turned into my new side job. Last year I also enrolled in Victoria Stilwell’s Academy for positive training. So I am very aware of dog’s body language and needs. I absolutely love dogs and they are truly my life now but when I was 8 that wasn’t the case. I was bit in the face by a family friend’s dog. He was old and on medication, I startled him awake which led to him biting me. From this incident, I watched Victoria Stilwell on animal planet to get over my fear of bigger dogs and here I am today with a certification in dog training and starting my career with human’s best friend. My goal is for you and your dog to be as comfortable as possible. I only treat dogs/pets as I would want someone to treat mine (and believe me I am a high maintenance pet mom 😉) Dogs are my job. Whether it is boarding, sitting, or walking; this is what I do full time. Sometimes I do Instacart to get out a bit but will do that when my boyfriend is home. I am starting up my bath bomb business again so to have a companion working alongside with me is my ideal work day. My boyfriend works from home majority of the time, so there is always someone home. His kids do come over 50% of the week and are very kind and helpful with dogs that are boarding with me. They are 12 and 11 so they aren’t little kids. I have lick mats, Kong Gyro, and plenty of space for your dog to have fun at my house. My house is fenced in, we are updating the property all the time to make sure it is safe as possible. For larger dogs, I have a bell on a ziptie to put on your dog’s collar just so I can hear where they are at all times when I am outside with them. For smaller pups, I always go outside with them due to being in an open area so they are safe. I also have a 30’ leash that I can hook them to for extra safety. Inside, I make them as comfortable as possible. Whatever they like at home I try my best to provide at my house.

About: My first love was a German Shepherd at age 3, a gift from my grandfather. Since then I have taken care of many dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and other small fur friends all my life. I am a Forever Foster Mom for small dogs above age 8 for Old Dog Haven and right now take care of one small 15 year old fur friend named Tinker. I also have a 9 year old rescue Golden-doodle named Ava. I love taking care of small Dogs and Kitties (in your own home) so much I do not consider it work! About: I love pets in general, especially dogs of all shapes and sizes. Although my home is their haven, we rarely spend time indoors when it's not raining outside. I've raised multiple Doberman Pinschers over the years starting at the tender age of 7 weeks and currently have one of my own, so I'm used to stubborn, energetic and messy dogs. I also provide supplemental training using positive reinforcement if a dog is still very young or experiencing behavioral issues that need to be corrected. I believe in treats/rewarding good behavior over correcting bad behavior. I'm firm when I need to be, but I'm never harsh. Lastly, I'm very sensitive to a dog's body language and verbal queues. About: Hello! I have owned dogs for the past 10 years, and have been dog sitting for 5 years. My goal is to keep them happy and healthy. I will treat every dog in my care like my own. Hello! I have a collie mix named Sadie who has taught me a lot as a dog owner. I love all pets especially dogs, and it is a joy to see a smile on a dog’s face. I treat every dog in my care like my own in that I believe their physical and mental health is important to a happy dog. It can be a little stressful for a dog to be in a new environment with a new person, so I like to keep their routine the best I can.
About: I have owned or cared for dogs my entire life, with the occasional rodent or scaled creature thrown in. Hopefully not at the same time. I’m comfortable with basic wound cleaning as well as administering medication. After a period working in a pet store I’m also more skilled in ear cleaning, breathing treatments, and temperature taking than I’d care to be. He’s a young doodle and prefers to chew on my hair and hands more than toys, but gets along well with other dogs. He sure everyone wants to be his friend. He is young, potty trained and a great playmate. So right now the only way I’m able to sit is if your dog would like new bestie. I am unable to care for pets in my home. I live with my niece and her cat can be a little…stabby, for lack of a better word. In your home, I’ll be following your lead. I do tend to go outside with dogs at night, even with fenced yards. I am always wary of bobcats and coyotes looking for water and snacks. I’m also perfectly comfortable with a pile of animals sleeping in bed with me so if that’s what your animals prefer, I’m here for it.

About: I grew up caring for small dogs, large dogs, chickens, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs… we lived on 4 acres, surrounded by other family members in the neighborhood, and I love all of the animals! I'll take 'em cute, crotchety, pudgy, feathered, or furred. :) I have regularly cared for pets of family, friends and business connections, in their home, or mine. I've seen my own pets through old age, and the related medical needs that come with that, so administering medications (oral, subdermal, dermal) doesn't phase me. Note that extensive medication schedules may result in added costs. I work hybrid, primarily, so there's ample flexibility in my schedule to match up with your needs. Since 2023, I work 4-6 hours/day, with a local company (I get to choose my shifts). Please ask for details and adjusted quote. Your Place: I'm tidy and conscientious. It's my pleasure to adapt my schedule to your pet's needs. I'm happy to care for multiple pets, in your home (or yard... need help with goats or chickens? Yay! I'm your gal.). Please expect a potty schedule of every 4-6 hours. I'm tidy, bring most of my own groceries (I appreciate it if you provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil), and I love to bring healthy (approved) treats, and toys, for your pets. My Place: I live alone, in a 1 bedroom place, that I own. I have a few construction projects going, so it's not currently available for boarding, but I hope to have that service in the future. At my place, there's ample room for a small dog, cat, bunny or bird. A dog will be walked 3-5 times/day, depending on their needs. About: I’ve never understood why chihuahuas loved me so much until I realized how much people don’t respect the boundaries of such small creatures. So much so, they feel the need to be aggressive and defend themselves! I know a good amount about dogs and dogs breeds, how different breeds have different needs and will strive to meet the needs of your fur-baby! I am a full-time Master’s student, but my classes are on weekends only. I have many things to read so overnights would likely be spent playing with your fur-baby before I get some reading done for my degree. To make sure you and your fur-baby feel safe with me in your home, I will make sure to talk through routines you may have with your pet(s). I know how hard it is to be away from your pet, so I will make sure to send photos and videos as requested.
