I work from home, and I am pretty flexible on ensuring the care needed for your pet. I have a lot of time to spoil your pets! I have a fully fenced yard, and monitor pets when they are outside. I introduce pets slowly with positive association and ensure each pet is comfortable. I also have a fence to separate pets indoors if needed. When caring for friends/family's pets, I always ensure pets do not bolt out the door both when coming inside and leaving. When walking a pup, I always ensure their harness/collar is on correctly and have high reward treats/toys to ensure focus stays on me if there are distractions. I never overwhelm an animal and understand they take time to warm up, especially when it is my first time meeting them.

Since August we have successfully helped 7 foster dogs find new homes. We have puppy potty training down and have started working with one of our dogs for service dog certification. I am a SAHM and homeschool my children. We are home all day and will make sure that dogs are walked and well cared for. Dogs will be able to roam the house and fenced yard. We will take them for daily walks or runs if they enjoy running. We have multiple crates that can be set-up in different locations so that the dogs have their own space to go to if needed. We work from home so adding a pet is easy. There is usually someone home so your dog will not be alone. We are a pet loving family who will love your dog like they are ours during the stay. I have a fenced yard for the dog to play. I always separate the dogs during feeding time and we give them one-on-one time with us.

I have a 2300 sq ft home on .78 acres, so plenty of room to run and play. My neighborhood has one dog-friendly park within a short walking distance and we have two big dog parks close by (driving). Most roads have a speed limit of 25 miles per hour, so very safe to walk around the neighborhood. But the property is large, so we walk around it too. Unfortunately at this time I am not hosting puppies (under 1 year) or dogs that are not potty-trained. I work from home two days a week and am available weekends all day. I work out and walk in the morning rain or shine. My work schedule is very flexible so I can go out for walks multiple times a day and can drive anywhere if needed. My evenings are also open. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I’m an active and responsible homeowner without kids and only 1 dog so your fur baby will be showered with love and care from me, and companion ship from a furry friend! If I am caring for your pet in your home, I can either leave my dog at home with my husband or bring her along if you wish.

We did send him with 4 days worth of food for 2 days and when we received the containers back, they were completely empty. He also came back a little obese so we think he was overfed a little bit.”

You can tell right away that the are experienced with dogs by the questions and approach. Hazel was living her best pupper life while staying with Erin. I highly recommend her especially if you like pics of your baby while you are separated.”
“This was my first time using Rover and a last minute change to weekend plans was stressing me out finding care for my 2 dogs Sadie and Aurora. I found Christiana and she was super responsive, communicative, and flexible with a short amount of time before booking. We scheduled a meet and greet, and my doggos loved her property with a fully fenced in yard and comfy home. Asked a lot of good questions for the what ifs and just in case situations, it was apparent to me that she and her family loved animals. Fast forward to the trip, lots of photos and updates which was really nice (something I haven’t gotten from other businesses off of Rover). I could tell that my girls were being loved on and cared for in a “homey” environment as opposed to kennels. I couldn’t wait to get home, but I also knew that they are being taken care of. There was one issue that came up with one of my pups paw pad with her “limping”. Christiana was quick to send photos, videos, and ask for direction. Long story short, no vet visit was needed but Christiana was willing to get anything needed for my pup and specifically updated on the pups activity until the end of my trip. Fast forward to current, pup is 100% okay and am so glad that I had someone watching her that was willing to make sure she was healthy! I will definitely be requesting Christiana’s services in the future because this experience was absolutely amazing. The communication, photos, flexibility, love and care, environment, and the overall experience have exceeded my expectations.”
