About: I’ve taken care of a german pinscher for an extended period of time which we both enjoyed! She was active and protective and our family all enjoyed her stay. I want to continue having these great relationship with new dog family. I work full time remotely and only have to go to work once or twice a month for short period of time. I mostly spend time at church during weekends but if not I would be staying home. When I hang out with my friends it would be for only 3-4hours in a day. I usually do 3-4 walks each day for about 20-30 minutes each. I follow what each dog parents have instructed me to suit everyone. I can take overnight stays or extended period if schedule is allowed

About: I have 3 dogs of my own, big breeds, and I have trained all 3 by myself. I adore all sizes of pets! I’d love to meet yours! “Our dog Summer has been having a great time in weekly doggie daycare with Katheryn (and her dog Phoebe). Katheryn is very active with Summer, taking her on multiple walks and to the dog park. Summer loves being outside and sniffing around so this is perfect for her! Katheryn has kept me posted on how the day care went with notes, pictures, and videos of their activities and hanging out at the house. Katheryn also has a back yard where Summer loves to hang out and she can come and go as she pleases. I definitely recommend Katheryn!”

She makes sure to create a safe environment for all the dogs to play together as well. The house and yard are kept extremely clean everyday for the dogs, so I know I can feel comfortable every time I bring him over for daycare or to stay the night. About: I have my own dog since 10 years and have cared for dogs of friends and family for over a decade. I work from home so your baby will get non stop attention. We only board small to medium size dogs (Less than 40 pounds, some rare exceptions, feel free to ask). I have cared for special need dogs that are extremely shy and not usually good with other dogs. I have worked with a lot of foster dogs who were abused and need extra attention. They will feel safe and get some social therapy along the way. Dogs usually get a nice long walk at least once daily. Please bring a harness and your dogs food. All dogs are separated at feeding times in morning 8 am and evening 6 PM, unless you feed more and have a slightly different schedule. I am used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. I work from home so your baby will get non stop attention. We also have adults other than me that can help with dog care. I only care for dogs in my home. I do not visit other people's home for dog care but can provide dog walks if needed near clients home if I am free per my schedule

For cat boarding: Your cat will enjoy a private guest room set up just for them, complete with a litter box, cat tree, toys, and all the comforts they need. About: I always lead with patience and care. Animals are clear communicators and we just need to listen. I am medically trained (for humans primarily), but I know those skills and knowledge are highly transferable. I work primarily in a hospital. Even though my schedule is consistently changing, I have multiple days off during the week. This allows me to visit anytime throughout the days im off and leaves a lot of flexibility. Respect is key. Whether its for the pet or the home, I believe all things should be approached respectfully and mindfully. I am happy to follow whatever house rules or pet routines you may have.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 15 years old for family members, friends, neighbors, people from church, work etc. I've also fostered puppies in the past and have volunteered walking senior dogs from the shelter. I have cared for dogs with medical issues - giving medication, helping recover from procedures, etc. I work from home so your pet will not spend any time alone. First thing in the morning I will let your pup out to the fenced in back yard so they can do any urgent business. Then we'll go for a walk around the block and/or a visit to the neighborhood dog park. Your dog will have unlimited opportunities to relieve themselves in the backyard throughout the day, and I always do at lease one mid-day walk/visit to the dog park. After work we'll go for another walk and be able to really play at the park for a little while (if you aren't comfortable with dog park visits we can stick to walks). We'll spend the evening playing and relaxing at home and then after dinner/before bed we'll do a final walk around the block. If your pup needs a bathroom break in the middle of the night they will be let out in the back yard. I am home most of the time on the weekends aside from a run, bike ride, trip to the grocery store, etc. I'll never be away from home more than 3 hours. I live in an end unit townhome with a fenced in yard (the fence is less than two years old with no gaps or damage). Your pup will have virtually unlimited access to the backyard to go to the bathroom or just relax outside. I do have one dog of my own, she is a 25lb rescue from Puerto Rico, she is extremely friendly and loves other dogs so your dog will have a buddy and won't be alone. There is also a dog park in my neighborhood and we go there at least twice a day (weather permitting, and only if you are comfortable with that). I am very active and get out for a walk at least 3 times a day. Dogs are people too so your pet will be able to sit on the couch and sleep on the bed if you are ok with that - I am happy to stick to any rules you implement at home.

About: Taking care of dogs has always been a love of mine. I grew up with a chocolate lab who passed away earlier this year (March 2026), and have been wanting to be around dogs since. I fed, cared for, and played with my lab until the day he couldn't anymore, and I would love to have the opportunity to take care of someone else's pet. I'm a college student from JMU home for the summer, looking to stay busy! I love pets and would love to take care of others, as my chocolate lab passed away earlier this year. I have a fenced-in yard from when I had my dog and a huge area for them to play and run around at any point in time.

About: Hi! My name is Augusto, and I am a 23-year-old graduate student living in Northern Virginia. I’ve been surrounded by dogs since I was a kid and have always been a huge animal lover. Recently, I’ve spent the past year helping care for Rocky, a foster dog who has since become a permanent member of our family. That experience has taught me what real responsibility looks like when it comes to putting a pet’s needs first, being consistent, and paying attention to their day-to-day care. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight care in the owner’s home. I’m flexible with scheduling and happy to provide as many walks or visits as needed to make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I am very active with pets and love spending time playing with toys, going on walks, and visiting parks or having playtime to help them stay engaged and happy. I am also experienced with dogs who need medication and those who may experience anxiety, and I understand the importance of patience and routine in those situations. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and a strong communicator, so you can always expect updates and attention to detail when your pet is in my care. My goal is to make sure every pet feels comfortable, loved, and well looked after while you are away. I am a graduate student on summer break looking to take on more responsibility while classes are off. As someone who has walked, fed, and cared for my own dog before and after classes, work, meetings, and other events I am excited to do it with more free time. I have an open availability and ready to care for your pet at a moments notice! I want to make sure you and your pet feel safe! I make sure to give my own pet lots of love and attention when I’m with them and whatever that looks like for you, that’s what I aim to give.
