About: When I was 12 I moved into a neighborhood others used as a dumping ground, and I’ve seen cats as animals that need my help and protection ever since. I spent a year convincing my parents to take in two of the cats from the colony I’d been sneaking food to, another year caring for and feeding all my cats (indoor and outdoor), and even a week sitting outside an abandoned home trying to catch a fresh litter of kittens so I could take them to the vet and find them homes. One of the kittens I ended up being able to keep, and he became my best friend of all time. I fed him, litter trained, and played with him in a way that taught him right from wrong, and then did it twice more throughout the years with his brother and with his sister I got after he passed. I know cats come in all different shapes, sizes, and personalities, but I promise I’ll love them all the same!

About: I have been a dog owner for 28 years. I have a 9 year old who has the biggest heart for animals. We dog sit regularly and have been for the past 7 years. We will accommodate however and whatever you and your pup need. We regularly dog sit rescues, so we are used to “imperfect” and “hard to manage”. They tend to be our biggest love bugs. We also have experience in multiple dog stays (from the same home - not unknown dogs together), elderly dogs or dogs that require medical needs from us during their stay. We have a fully fenced yard. Majority of flooring in house is waterproof vinyl so pups can’t do any harm :)

About: Dogs have been the light and joy of my life since I was born, but when I was 10 I finally got a dog to call my own! After our family dog had puppies and refused to nurse, I spent countless days and nights bottle feeding her litter until I proved to my parents I could keep one for myself. After that, I potty trained, socialized, played with, and took that puppy on walks all by myself. Since then she’s unfortunately passed over the rainbow bridge, but friends and family constantly entrust the care of their dogs to me while they’re away! About: I've always taken care of animals since I was born. Animals have always loved me and family and friends have asked me to watch their animals time and again.
