“We had a wonderful experience with Meghan and John watching our dogs, Boo and Teddy. From the start, they were warm, communicative, and clearly experienced. We especially appreciated the daily pictures and updates- it was so reassuring to see our pups happy and well cared for. Boo can be a bit sensitive and picky with new people, but Meghan and John were incredibly patient and helped her feel right at home. They also had access to a great yard, which gave them plenty of space to play and explore (SQUIRREL!). It was clear both dogs had a great time and came home relaxed and content. We’d absolutely book with them again! HIGHLY recommend!!!”

This statement coming from myself is not expressed lightly as I am the definition of a ‘crazy dog mom’. Since moving to TX, it only took one stay with Kellie for me to realize that there is no one else I’d rather use exclusively to care for Storm while I am away. “If I had to describe John in one word, it would be “amazing.” We are new to Dallas and needed someone to walk our two dogs on very short notice, and John was kind enough to step in and help. Our dogs are not difficult, but they definitely have their own personalities. One is a 120 lb German Shepherd who loves chasing squirrels (and climb trees to meet their families), rabbits, and sometimes even butterflies, and he also thinks he needs to make friends with every dog he sees. Our other one is an 18 lb Shih Tzu who is a little pampered and does not like walking in the sun. What really stood out to us was how patient, caring, and thoughtful John was with both of them. During the first couple of days, when our Shih Tzu decided he was done walking after finishing his business, John actually picked him up and carried him while continuing the walk because our German Shepherd still wanted more time outside. For the last few days, he even walked them separately so each of them could get the individual attention they needed. That level of care says a lot about John. He was always on time, courteous, respectful, responsible, and genuinely loving toward our dogs. We are very thankful for his help and would definitely look forward to having him take care of our boys again in the future.”

About: Before moving to Dallas for grad school, I worked in emergency vet med. I was trained to work with an array of pets with different routines and attitudes. I’m currently working part time, but am in grad school to become a therapist. My schedule is immensely flexible especially between work and clients. I am big on body language and following a pet parents routine. I have a good amount of emergency vet knowledge so your pets health and safety are at the top of my priority.
