“Devorat is an absolute dream. She is truly the pet-parent that you want if you have to be away from your own pet. My dog Mookie stayed with Devorat for 5 days and nights on very short notice. She messaged frequently in the first 24 hours to keep us updated on how Mookie was settling in, and sent plenty of photos during the entire stay. We could tell from the photos that he was clearly comfortable in his home-away-from-home. He and Toby were great playmates in the fenced-in backyard, and he Devorat were fast friends, with plenty of couch cuddle-time. Knowing Mookie was well cared for really helped us enjoy our family trip. In addition to her care and attention to Mookie, Devorat also offered accommodation and flexibility in the drop-off and pick-up scheduling to make things as easy as possible for us as we nailed down our travel plans at the last minute. I really appreciated her communication throughout the visit, and I could tell from her updates that she was really taking time to get to know our dog, and that he was in the best possible hands. About: I’ve cared for horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, mice and birds. Horses and dogs are my favorites! I’ve had a dog (or 3) of my own until recently when my 17 year old Yorkie passed away. I’d love to care for your pet now. I am out of the house for a stretch of 4-6 hours for 4-5 days a week, usually in the morning. But otherwise my schedule is fairly flexible. I can walk your dog or put them on a line. I do not have a fenced yard. In general, I don’t mind dogs on my furniture. I can crate them if needed.

My dog Maggie actually passed away last year so I have plenty experience with senior dog care and puppies as well. About: I've had dogs growing up my whole life, and adopted my very own six years ago! My partner and I just adopted another, so now we have two dogs, so I’m very used to walking multiple dogs at once. I have experience with anxious and reactive dogs, as well as with dogs that pull excessively. I would love to take care of your dog as if they were my own. I’m extremely detail oriented and pay close attention to details. Please let me know anything and everything I need to know about your pet! I’m currently working part time remotely as we transition to our new home, so I’m flexible most days of the week, and can accommodate most needs. About: I grew up having dogs and cats and love them both. Taking care of them from kitten/puppyhood to the end of their life. This helped me to understand how their needs change with age. During my time living oversees I rescued several street animals and have brought 4 of them back here to the US. In caring for the animals of others while they are away I've learned how to gain their trust as the newcomer. Animals are a total joy. My primary secular work is from home and flexible, so I'm able to accommodate your schedule as needed. Pet care is scheduled regularly throughout my day and week. Since all pets and their owners are individuals I respect the routines already in place to the best of my ability. About: Hi, I'm a Wildlife Conservation, Animal Behavior and Biology undergrad that LOVES being outside! I have grown up alongside animals my entire life, and I know how to recognize behavioral signs before the reactions occur. I have experience with all ages and breeds of dogs, cats, barnyard friends, and exotic reptiles/birds/mammals etc... I am very seasoned in the patience department, and I love making fun puzzles with treats or toys. I frequently go on long walks/runs with energetic animals, and I've got a mean overhand throw that is guaranteed to tire them out! With senior animals, I like to read out loud to them and sunbathe out in the yard (if they are outdoor pets). “Devorat is an absolute dream. She is truly the pet-parent that you want if you have to be away from your own pet. My dog Mookie stayed with Devorat for 5 days and nights on very short notice. She messaged frequently in the first 24 hours to keep us updated on how Mookie was settling in, and sent plenty of photos during the entire stay. We could tell from the photos that he was clearly comfortable in his home-away-from-home. He and Toby were great playmates in the fenced-in backyard, and he Devorat were fast friends, with plenty of couch cuddle-time.
