I have been a long time pet owner myself and recently my fur babies passed away. I am looking to earn a little extra income as a senior while enjoying the company of animals. About: Having a dog all of my life while growing up, I really enjoy their companionship. Taking them out for walks at least twice a day for 30 minutes or more is what they need. I'm familiar with senior dogs as well. As my dog aged, I administered medications as needed so, I'm okay with administering meds. Senior dogs sometimes need a little more care and more frequent pee breaks that I'm used to. Being a retiree and empty nester, I have a flexible schedule and lots of time on my hands. This will give me the opportunity to really do what makes my heart sing! Currently, I have a cat that I rescued. I trapped, neutered and spayed him and his 3 siblings and mother. I have volunteered at local shelters and have watched the animals of my family and friends since I was about 10 years old. I treat each and every animal with the love, care, and respect that they deserve. I am very compassionate and take the time to tend to one’s animals as if they were my own. My rates are flexible depending on the animal(s), and the situation. I am able to flex my schedule around your needs! I work full time but I am able to work remotely if needed and can take breaks throughout the day if necessary. I often do not watch animals in my home due to my 5 fur babes. However, depending on the situation, and the animal, a short stay in my home may be an option. Hopefully I can be your next pet or house sitter. I have recommendations upon request. About: I was born into a house with 9 dogs. My mother has devoted her life to animal rescue and I have been helping and volunteering since I was 6. I absolutely adore animals and would love to look after yours! I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters at different places I’ve lived in the past and I have helped many different personalities of dogs and cats. I currently am working part-time, so I have a lot of time to spend with the babies! My schedule is flexible, so I should be able to accommodate any times or days you would need! I have been around animals my whole life and am good at being intuitive with their needs. If they are snuggle bugs, I’ll snuggle up with them! If they need play or to be left alone, I’ll act accordingly.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and love playing with and getting to know them. I have worked with a couple of friends in high school dog sitting for family friends and relatives and have enjoyed every second I spend with their pets. I recognize and take into consideration the age, physical abilities, and daily habits of the pets I take care of and base my care and activities around those. I am currently living up in Portland working for a state campaign but I will occasionally be traveling down to my other home in Grants Pass for jobs and building projects for my family . I greet every pet I meet with respect, care, and love and will calmly approach any new animal I meet with the intention of building trust with that animal and letting them know I can take care of them and love them and that they can trust me.

About: I recently had two rescue heeler mixes. We competed in agility, and did herding, barn hunt, and parkour. I loved to hike, walk, run, and be active with my dogs. Now that they're gone, I have an open space in my heart for time with yours. I walk and run or hike several days out of the week. I'd love to bring your well-behaved dog along for their enjoyment and my company! Because I live up a steep gravel driveway, I prefer to meet in town or at your place to take your dog for a walk or run. But if they need to come to my place for sitting, I have a fenced yard with some agility equipment. I also have a dog door, to let them have free access to my .5 acre fenced yard. I do have a cat, so if your dog comes to my place, it will have to get along with her.
