About: My name is Sophia! I am 27 and I have been around animals most of my life. I always try to understand any animal and pet. Making sure to get to their level and accommodate them in any way I can. I currently have one doggie, one cat, and a fish. They are all super sweet. I train my dog often at home and the public parks. She loves cats and other doggies. My cat keeps to herself and she will often follow us on walks with our doggie. We take walks daily around the neighborhood. My dog is kennel trained and usually is in her kennel when no one is home, but we leave her out when we aren't gone long. I make sure everyone has water in the morning and evening. We walk our dog around the neighborhood twice daily. One in the morning and one in the evening. I have fenced backyard. I have a doggie door for pets to come in and out. I can also close it off to control access outside. I always leash my dog when going on walks.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for the past 30 plus years. I’ve walked them, bathed them, made their food, cared for them when sick and loved them. I have a lovely, safe walking neighborhood for dogs, a fenced yard, and everything I would need for a dog to have a cozy stay with me. I currently work 100% remote and have time during the day for walks and playtime. I have dog beds for nap time and toys for them to play with. I also own several leashes. I have a fenced yard that’s very safe. I don’t plan on watching more than one dog at a time. That way I can devote all my time to the one who’s staying with me.

About: We had a family dog from the time I was a toddler. The first dog was a Doberman, then the next family dog was a Springer Spaniel. My family also volunteered as puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and we raised 5 guide dog puppies. One flunked out of guide dog school and came back to live with us until she was 13. Later, I volunteered with Guiding Eyes for the Blind and helped puppy raisers with their new puppies, and weekly helped teach the classes from 12 weeks when the puppies first arrive to their puppy raiser homes, up to 18 months when they leave their puppy raisers the puppies get trained before they go back in for their formal under harness training for their blind person. All 9 years of work there we used positive reinforcement with the dogs and helped the puppy raisers. I also attended some classes with Guiding Eyes on dog body language. I also have my own rescue dog who I adopted during that time and he has had positive reinforcement training since I adopted him. I now assist owners with training or behavioral needs they may have for their dogs to make the owners and the dogs happier and more peaceful living. I also have added a list of other services, from boarding in my home, to house sitting in yours, dog walking, drop in visits, or daycare in my house. I am working from home and available basically all the time, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and over weekends as well. Days: M, T, W, T, F, S, S I don’t have kids or cats. Just me and my one 10 year old personal dog are in the house. I live in a condo and don’t have a backyard, but I have always walked my dog in the neighborhood and gone to hike at Lake Chabot which is only a 12 minute drive or at Oakland hills parks.

About: I may be new to the Rover community, but I am not new to pet care! I have my own baby who I care for, along with experience caring for family and friends dogs, elderly and puppies alike! When my family takes on the task of caring for others pets, I am the one entrusted to handle those responsibilities. I love pets of all kinds and even have experience changing pet diapers! I believe that every pet has their own personality and therefore their own special care needs, and I intend to provide that care specifically for each animal I am entrusted with. About: I’ve had cats and dogs for the past 30 plus years. I’ve walked them, bathed them, made their food, cared for them when sick and loved them. I have a lovely, safe walking neighborhood for dogs, a fenced yard, and everything I would need for a dog to have a cozy stay with me. I currently work 100% remote and have time during the day for walks and playtime. I have dog beds for nap time and toys for them to play with. I also own several leashes. I have a fenced yard that’s very safe. I don’t plan on watching more than one dog at a time. That way I can devote all my time to the one who’s staying with me.
About: Having a dog all of my life while growing up, I really enjoy their companionship. Taking them out for walks at least twice a day for 30 minutes or more is what they need. I'm familiar with senior dogs as well. As my dog aged, I administered medications as needed so, I'm okay with administering meds. Senior dogs sometimes need a little more care and more frequent pee breaks that I'm used to. Being a retiree and empty nester, I have a flexible schedule and lots of time on my hands. This will give me the opportunity to really do what makes my heart sing! Currently, I have a cat that I rescued. I trapped, neutered and spayed him and his 3 siblings and mother. I domesticated them and found them homes. I keep my cat indoors now to keep him safe. He has plenty of toys, playtime with mom, treats and sunny windows to sit in to watch the neighbors! He is king & knows it! I love sitting and giving undivided attention to my animals and animals in my care.

Making sure to get to their level and accommodate them in any way I can. I currently have one doggie, one cat, and a fish. They are all super sweet. I train my dog often at home and the public parks. My dog is kennel trained and usually is in her kennel when no one is home, but we leave her out when we aren't gone long. I make sure everyone has water in the morning and evening. We walk our dog around the neighborhood twice daily. One in the morning and one in the evening. I have fenced backyard. I have a doggie door for pets to come in and out. I can also close it off to control access outside. I always leash my dog when going on walks.

I have a ½ acre that is completely fenced out in the country. lots of room for your dog to run. I can also stay at your home if that's where your animals are most comfortable.
