“She was awesome and extra attentive since I was sending my cats off to temporary foster and their stay with her. She kept me updated on their interactions and progress in a new environment. She also sent lots of pics and allowed me the opportunity to watch them through camera footage. She was great!”

“Jan took wonderful care of our tiny Poo-chon! From the first meet-and-greet I could tell she prioritizes safety, and she kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. Our little girl clearly loved her time there with walks, outdoor play, treats, and lots of lap time. We’ll definitely book with Jan again—actually, we already have!”

“This was the first time I have ever left my dogs anywhere while we traveled. (2 King Charles cavaliers). I cannot say enough about how wonderful Susan and Kenny took care of my boys. I received pictures and updates daily…my dogs looked happy and comfortable in all of them (especially the ones sound asleep with Kenny in his chair). Scout and Max have definitely found a home away from home. Thank you Susan and Kenny! ?❤️?”

“I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful care you provided for my dog, Luna! From the moment I dropped her off, I could tell she was in great hands. You took the time to understand her personality and needs, which made all the difference. Luna had an absolute blast during her day with you! Thank you once again for giving Luna such a wonderful day. I will definitely be reaching out for future dog-sitting needs, and I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a caring and responsible sitter!”

“Summer took great care of my anxious dog. She was patient and kind, so my girl was able to eventually relax. Summer was very responsive, and sent lots of pictures while I was away. I would hire her again.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Kim!! She was the perfect fit for my 8yr old Mal-Shi, Ella. She took such good care of my anxious little girl, giving her lots of love & comfort, as well as paying attention to the details of her care. She absolutely treated her like the queen that she is.”

“Lorie is terrific! The dogs were well cared for and safe in her home and fenced yard. We felt welcomed upon arrival and the dogs were ready for us with their things packed for departure.”

“Anita took amazing care of my senior cat! Her picture updates made me feel so at ease and I could tell my kitty was so comfortable. She also handled my cat's insulin and mealtimes very well. I could really tell that she and her family loved having my sweet girl around. I highly recommend Anita to any cat parent looking for boarding!”

“Wendy was fantastic! Our sweet Mae stayed with her for 10 days and she took wonderful care of our spunky girl! It was clear from the updates and photos that she adjusted to Wendy’s home the perfect balance of active play time and snuggles. Wendy was very quick and clear in her communications. I’d recommend Wendy’s oasis to any pet parent! :)”

“The BEST part of my pups visit is when I see them jump out of my car and run to her gate! The LOVE Stephanie and enjoy every vacation they have with her.”

“Jess took exceptional care of our older Bernese Mtn dog, Gracie. Just as her background on Rover indicates, Jess is well-versed in special care with administering meds and handling our dog who has some issues with weakness. Her care goes beyond those two qualities! Our dog loved her stay there as to how great she looked when we picked her up! Jess gave us a daily photo update and stayed connected with us about an issue Gracie had, which was quickly resolved. Wonderful peace of mind. We can't say enough great things about Jess. She is the best!”

“Katlyn did a wonderful job watching my dog. She was quick to respond to messages, sent lots of picture updates and it was evident she truly cares about animals. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Samantha was a kind and caring sitter! She sent lots of pictures and kept me updated on how my puppy was doing. She also has 2 small and very well behaved pups and this was great for socialization. Very happy to leave my puppy with Samantha.”

“Stephanie was great with my boys! They came home clean and happy. She was very accommodating and communicative. I would recommend her and will definitely use her again!”
“We’re really happy with Debra and how she handled everything for our dog while we were out of town. We arranged for a meetup before the stay to ensure this would be a good match. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. While we were away we received daily updates with photos and it looked like our pup was having a great time. Thanks for taking good care and we look forward to scheduling with you again!”

“Katie was attentive to our two fur babies! She is our first official pet sitter and we are very pleased! We asked for small extras like getting the mail and watering a couple flower baskets during our vacation…she did that and more! She watered all plants during a heat spell and even brought back our garbage bins! Our normally shy kitty always came over to greet Katie upon her arrival. That made us feel very good! We are appreciative of Katie taking care of our two cats!”

“Literally a life saver. My cats can be messy and moisten dealt with my cats and my home amazing. I even had an emergency where my auto box malfunctioned on a day she wasn’t scheduled and she stopped by and fixed it for me. I would book over and over. She cleaned up cat pee when my box malfunctioned which was well outside of what I originally told her I needed her to do. She’s the best.”

“Dana was super communicative, reliable, and super loving to our cats! She took multiple photos every time and made us feel reassured with leaving our cats at home for the holidays.”

“Danielle is a caring, attentive, and detailed sitter. She provides great notes and photos for each visit and she goes out of her way to make your pet as comfortable and as happy as possible. I booked her for cat sitting check-ins and my nervous kitty quickly warmed up to her! She gave my cat plenty of attention and playtime and I quickly began to look forward to Danielle’s updates knowing my sweet kitty was in great hands. I recommend Danielle as a sitter and will definitely book her again for any of my needs in the future! Thanks again!”

“Melissa was an absolute lifesaver. We had never used Rover before and all of the reviews that Melissa has accumulated are true. She is so thoughtful and thorough and we feel like goes above and beyond the call of duty than just checking to see if your pets are okay. We gave her many specific instructions because (we’ve spoiled our cats) and she adhered to everything and provided thoughtful and timely updates throughout the week she worked with us. Highly, highly recommended.”

“Alexandra was great! She did a fantastic job with our kitties and sent us regular updates. We really appreciate her taking care of our "fur children" while we were out of town.”

About: I’ve loved cats since I was a child and have provided drop-in care, including feeding, cleaning the litter box, replacing pee pads, and ensuring comfort, companionship, playtime, safety, and consistent daily attention.
About: I have taken care of pets with all sorts of different needs, all different ages, all different sizes, and all different energy levels. I love dogs and cats!! I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to stop in and check on pets, feed them, walk them, play with them — whatever they need! I treat every pet like my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness. I’m happy to follow your specific instructions and routines. I’ll also respect your home by keeping things clean, secure, and just as I found them. I want you to feel comfortable!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats and rabbits my whole life. I’ve always had them and have even done 4-H with my dog and rabbits and was an advisor when I got older. 4-H taught me all about pet care and dog training and obedience. I’ve recently changed jobs so I can be home nights, weekends and holidays! This will allow me more time for watching your fur babies. I enjoy spending my free time on walks and being outside. Since I do work during the week, they will be home during the day and unable to go out. But once I am home, and on weekends, they can go out as often as they would like. I don’t have any pets at this time so your fur baby will be the only one in the home. I keep things picked up and out of reach for safety. I believe in harnessing and leashing before going outside and making sure they are secured properly. I also will not feed your pet any human food or anything not approved by you.
“Lorene did a great job taking care of my cat. She was very kind and patient, and took the time to play with my cat and help her slowly get familiar and comfortable with her. I really appreciate her care!”

“We have nothing but the absolute best things to say about Halie! She is an absolute animal lover and one of the kindest and hardest working individuals. She is compassionate and very thoughtful! We are so very lucky to have her watching our 4 cat babies while we were on vacation. This is our 2nd time Halie has helped us out and we couldn’t be more appreciative for her communication, honesty, compassion, and kindness! If you need a sitter you have found her!!! Book her! Seriously!!!!”

About: I have always had pets of all kinds growing up along with much love for all wildlife. Currently I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, 3 fish and many snails, and a lot of plants! My dog growing up became diabetic (also blind) and I provided him supportive care for the remaining 5 years he had (including special meals and insulin shots)! I have rescued several cats and found loving homes after getting them medical care (I always keep in touch). One of my cats was a bottle baby after finding her on the side of the road at only 3 weeks old, she is now almost 2. I also provided supportive care for my two eldest cats (11years) after their major surgeries (perineal urethrostomy and gallbladder removal). I am also in the process of obtaining my wildlife rehabilitation permit for I always seem to be brought animals to care for and I would like to do more for them than just transporting to a rehabilitator! I have a lot of room at my house which includes the finished basement area with separate rooms, a mudroom, a large fenced in backyard, and kennels if needed. I'm willing to travel to you, or care for your animals here! All my animals are friendly (successfully introduced and integrated) but if yours needs some privacy I can absolutely provide it. I'm here to help, I hope it's clear how important your fur babies would be to me! I would love to make whatever it is you need happen. I am currently a stay at home mom with my own fur babies. My day starts at 6AM when I wake up to feed and walk the dogs and check to see if the cats need anything. I would be more than happy to care for your animal(s) here or get out of the house and care for them in their home! I have a large fenced in yard, a finished basement with separate rooms, a separate mudroom, and kennels if needed! My 4 cats and 2 dogs roam the house and would love to make new friends, but if your animals are shy, we have plenty of space to accommodate. All I ask is for a clear set of instructions if caring for your pet in your home and you can expect those instructions to be carried out with love and respect for your animal(s) and property. I am also insured for pet care/housesitting through PCI.
About: I’ve loved dogs my entire life, and now that I’m recently retired, I have the time to give them the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. I treat every dog like part of the family—whether we’re going for a walk, playing fetch, or just relaxing together. With a calm, patient nature and a flexible schedule, I can focus fully on your pet’s needs and routines. You can rest easy knowing they’ll be safe, happy, and loved like one of my own. I am recently retired and am available all of the time. I currently have two small dogs of my own and watching an additional dog would be no trouble at all. If you dog stays with me, they will be treated just like my own pet. I am able to walk them, feed them special diets, or administer oral medication. I am home almost all of the time and can give them the attention they need.
“Wow! I am so glad I found Susan!! My dog is diabetic, needs insulin twice a day, follows a strict diet, and needs eye meds. Susan navigates everything perfectly! She’s watched Buddy several times, with stays ranging from a weekend to a week and a half. You can’t go wrong with Susan (and her husband).”

About: Hi, I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover and self‑proclaimed helicopter dog parent. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. My babies are in heaven now so I’ve joined rover as a pet sitter. **I kindly request if you’d like to book me, please have your rover profile filled out and photos uploaded.** I’ve spent the last decade-plus loving and supporting two very different pups with very different needs. My 16‑year‑old baby boy chihuahua Harley taught me everything about caring for a truly high‑maintenance senior dog. From medications and special feeding routines to extra snuggles, slow walks, and getting bossed around. ;) I also shared my life with my 11 year old Labrador-baby girl Lexi- who recently passed away from cancer on 5/19. Navigating that journey with her taught me deep compassion, vigilance, and emotional care. I became an expert in monitoring comfort levels, adjusting daily routines, and making every moment count. These experiences shaped the way I care for every dog I meet: with attentiveness, understanding, and the same level of devotion I have given my own. • I treat your dog the way I treat mine — like family. • I am extremely attentive and present. If your pup needs something, I’m there. • Dogs are absolutely allowed on furniture — cuddles are encouraged here. • We don’t have a fence, but I’m a safety‑first sitter. I leash dogs for every potty break and stay right with them. • Because I work from home, your dog will rarely be left alone. **But if I have a doc appt or have to run an errand I will need them to be okay to be left alone** • My home is calm, cozy, and dog friendly. I call myself a helicopter dog parent because I am very cautious- I am checking the pavement temp before walks, we aren’t walking on lawns that have chemical lawn treatment flags, I have a car hammock and dog seatbelt for rides, if I run an errand the dryer won’t be on, etc. Why I Do This I know how much trust it takes to trust someone to take care of your animals. They’re your heart. Your family. Your little shadow. I’ve been in your shoes many times, I’ve used Rover in the past and my goal is to give you that same peace of mind I always looked for — knowing your pup is safe, loved, and truly understood. On weekdays I go to the gym early in the morning and telework daily in my private office with a comfy dog friendly couch. Weekends we usually are on the boat, in the rv, or on the motorcycle so I may be less available but you can see message me and inquire. Our non-smoking home is pet friendly and I have a 12 year old daughter who loves animals. I do not have any animals in my home. For potty breaks your pet would be leashed.
About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals, highly recommend , highly trained and very trust worthy. Can provide recommendations. Can give meds and will cater to your animals needs Your travel plans just got easier. Allow your furry family member to be home for the holidays where they belong!! Book your drop in, daycare, walk, or overnight stay today and ensure your pet receives friendly, loving reliable and trustworthy care while you are away! I have dealt with all types of pets any size big or small for over 8 years. I have gained knowledge of not only different animals but safety and health as well as I originally was going to be a vet No request is too big or too small when it comes to making sure your pets are taken care of exactly how you would. I will love your babies like they are my own because I truly love all animals. I make homemade all natural dog treats for your fur animals. I work fully remote, so your animals are never alone. They can be let out as much as they need as I do have a fenced in yard. I have a fenced in yard they can run around in, I do not have any other animals in the house along with no kids I work full time from home , however I have flexible schedule which allows me to use lunch breaks for quick walks and potty breaks.
“Joie did a wonderful job watching Herschel! I used her for doggy daycare while I was at work. He had such a great time with her dog Monty and playing with her kids. She also sent me pictures throughout the day. I highly recommend her!”

“Alyssa was amazing! We have a pretty nervous/shy pup that takes a while to warm up to new people and she did a wonderful job making sure he was comfortable while he was with her. She is professional and quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely recommend her for your dog sitting needs.”

About: Vet nurse 10+ years. CPR Certified. The best quality care for your furry family members. I am trained and qualified to ensure that your pet has everything they want and need. I actively work at several veterinary hospitals in the area. I make my own schedule so I can be flexible. My professional career is directly related to pet care so it’s a huge part of my life. I take pet care very seriously. I love animals and treat them with compassion and respect. If they have an accident or make a mess I clean it and make sure they always have clean, dry, and comfortable bedding. Food and water bowls are filled and cleaned regularly. I will be as involved or uninvolved as they need to be. I let them show me what degree of interaction they’re comfortable with and I meet there where they’re at. If they are a lone wolf but still like to hang out from a distance that’s fine. Over the course of my career, I’ve been trained for almost every scenario regarding cats and dogs in almost any imaginable situation. With my emergency and critical care background I am always passively monitoring their vitals, general condition, and i will respond quickly, calmly, and appropriately should an issue or emergency arise. There is no better option for your pets care.

About: I have always loved animals since I was a kid. Once I was 12 I started bathing and grooming dogs, which then lead me to watch animals overnight. The longest I have taken care of pets was a two week long period. I am very responsible, timely, and have a dog of my own. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, and even some training experience as well. I am currently a part time worker, and full time college student with mostly online classes. I am available to do mostly everyday of the week as long as I am known in advance. I believe animals will treat us just as we treat them or better. About: I am a caring and dependable dog walker with a genuine love and respect for animals. I currently walk two dogs Tuesday through Friday and have built a strong bond with them. One was shy and barked at me at first, but now happily runs up to greet me—an experience I truly value. I also volunteer at the Humane Society animal shelter, where I help feed cats, clean their cages, and walk dogs. At times, my responsible and gentle 14-year-old son assists me on walks, offering extra attention and care to the dogs. As a tutor and substitute teacher with a flexible schedule and summers off, I’m able to provide consistent, reliable care. My priority is making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My flexible schedule as a tutor and substitute teacher allows me free time to do pet sitting and dog walking. I tend to walk dogs between 8am to 11am and then do my substitute teaching job between 11:45 to 3:15pm and after that will walk a dog as needed. During the summer time Im free all day for walks and for house sitting. I will make sure to follow any instructions or recommendations from the client concerning the well being of their pet. I typically give the dog daily exercise 4 to 7 times per day. With the owner permission I will take dog to the dog park and keep a watchful eye on the dog at all times there. If I feel another dog is getting aggressive I will immediately remove the dog so nothing escalates.

Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just having someone to hangout with, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. I'm dependable, patient, and will always make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, care, and love while they're with me! I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play your dog! I do bartend, so there are a few nights a week I work from 6-11:30pm. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I know pets are most comfortable in their own environment, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and, of course, lots of love. I am very respectful of my client's home and will make sure everything stays clean, safe, and exactly how you left it. I pay close attention to instructions, routines, and any special needs so you feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands while you're away.

About: I have always had dogs in my life and understand the importance of companionship, exercise and interaction in their lives. I have cared for all ages of dogs in my life and will accommodate accordingly whether it is an exploration sniff walk or intense walk around the neighborhood! I currently work part-time, so can usually fit in a few walks or visits throughout the rest of my day or on days off. I treat a client’s home and personal space as I would want my own home respected while doing my best to follow instructions and wishes.

“She was awesome and extra attentive since I was sending my cats off to temporary foster and their stay with her. She kept me updated on their interactions and progress in a new environment. She also sent lots of pics and allowed me the opportunity to watch them through camera footage. She was great!”

“Savannah was great! She welcomed Charlie with open arms and an open heart! Couldn't have asked for a better caretaker! Five stars just doesn't do her justice...should be ten stars! Thank you Savannah and family! Kathryn and Milt”

“Karin & Ryan are the absolute best! We are so lucky to have found them to watch our Rudy. He gets so much love, attention and activity there and they love him like their own.”

“Hayley did a great job taking care of my dog. She kept me updated with messages and pictures throughout his stay. Not only was she great with my pet, but also did an amazing job communicating with me especially being flexible when I needed some help. I would love her to take care of my dog again.”

“Isabel was amazing. We left our 1 year Golden Retriever, Keely with her while we went to Europe for 10 days. We were updated almost daily with pictures and nice commentary. Keely seemed so well adjusted and happy when we picked her up it was like we never left. I would definitely recommend Isabel and she'll be my first contact when we go away again.”

“Our puppy of 9 months really enjoyed staying with Alayna & Adam! In fact, it seemed he made himself right at home with their 2 much larger dogs. Great photos and a great time! Communication was excellent! Looking forward to our next stay!”

“Angela was an absolutely fantastic sitter for our dog! From the moment we met her, we could tell she genuinely cares about animals. She was attentive, responsible, and kept us updated with daily photos and messages, which gave us much peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy and well cared for when we returned. Angela followed all of our instructions perfectly, including feeding instructions and walks. We will definitely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”
