About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. I would prefer not to have younger dogs, only because my dogs are older and don’t like young dogs, jumping all over them. My dogs are very dog friendly though. My cats are very dog friendly. In fact, they prefer dogs over our cats!

I also once majored in biological sciences pre veterinary, so I have a lot of prior animal knowledge. My highschool was also a career tech school for animals. About: I absolutely adore animals and have never lived a life without them. I adopted my very own sweet dog Sage at 18 (as soon as I was old enough) and she has been the light of my life. She has taught me a lot of patience and responsibility at a young age. She is definitely a wild girl but I wouldn’t trade her for the world! Since I have a dog I am pretty used to all of the craziness that comes with them like leash pulling, weird eating habits, mess, and of course slobber! I currently nanny from 9:00-5:00 Tuesday through Thursday so I am try to find something to fill that Friday-Monday gap! About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, and not only that, but I work at a doggy daycare and boarding place, so I feel I have alot of experience. I also once majored in biological sciences pre veterinary, so I have a lot of prior animal knowledge. My highschool was also a career tech school for animals. I currently am working a second job, but only part time so I have a lot of free time. I am fully free during the week, and weekends I work 7-3 usually, but I also live in a home where we all love to take care of animals, so if they were to board there is always someone at home to look out for them. I don’t have a fenced in yard, however I do have a very safe neighborhood, so I am willing to take animals outside on a leash, on a walk, etc. I also have alot of open space in my home for play/ exercise. I've watched pets for friends/ family before and I really enjoy spending time around animals-- I'll sit at the dog park for hours with my little guy because it's brings me joy to be around happy loving animals and makes you feel good inside. I've got an open schedule for walks and drop-in care. I'm not available after 3pm, I like to bring my dog along, no aggressive breeds please I feed my dog first thing in the morning then get him outside for potty break and fresh air.
